Snack... Around 6pm we felt peckish and wanting to try the Sfogliatelle, we went to this bar, which was on our street. A curly and a shortcrust pastry: what can I say....delicious!!!

So we had 2 Sfogliatelle and 2 coffees from the professor so far everything was excellent but paying 9 euros is a bit too expensive considering that they don't even give you the accompanying glass of water and in any case they are quite rude and annoyed in serving you

Right in the center I enjoyed an excellent coffee break with cream. The waiter was also very kind in giving us advice. Reading the other reviews I agree that it would be advisable to show the menu before taking an order. For the rest, I'll be back.

We ordered two coffees with nut filling. The coffees were good. You must remember that if we order coffee at the table, the price for the coffee will be more expensive than if we ordered it and drank it inside. The price will be more than 1 euro more expensive. Be careful when giving change in the cafe, we were shocked that the waiter made a mistake and gave us money in a different currency. Also, be careful with banknotes and check them carefully!!!!!

Il caffè alla nocciola una volta era molto più buono, il personale mi è sembrato un poco apatico, non è più il caffè del professore di un tempo.

Sapori buonissimi e spettacolari, il nocciolato, il caffè, le sfogliate e tanto altro ancora, una volta provato ci ritorni e ritorni ancora. Simpatici e bravi i baristi, camerieri e tutto il personale. Grazie e a presto.

07/09/2023: Posticino curato e carino con prezzi nella media. Per quanto riguarda il sapore dei primi piatti mi son piaciuti tanto i paccheri ma mediocre il risotto. La ricciola fanstastica mentre i dolcini niente di entusiasmante. I ragazzi carinissimi dall'accoglienza al conto.
05/08/2023: The dining experience started on a good note . Our waiter asked where we were from and questioned us on the capitals of various states within the US . He knew much more than us although he never lived there . Apart from that , we ordered pasta appetizer and the mixed seafood salad , both were divine . The dorado for 2 that we ordered was shown to us before the meal and was still moving , no kidding at all . We never ate a fresher fish and probably never will again . The local white ischia wine was vigna de lume and was superb

18/10/2023: Very good pizza! This is what we ate! And it was big too, so the price wasn't quite as high as people think. I saw a review that said "if you don't wear designer clothes, you're not treated well"; this was not the case for us. We were treated very well, welcoming and professional waiters, even joking; so everything went very well, even though I didn't have a reservation, which is absolutely necessary.
15/10/2023: We came back here since we enjoyed it so much in years past. We started with an arugula salad grilled veggies and sautéed spinachi. We followed it by pescatarian, sea bass with escarole and sea bass grilled with veggies. We enjoyed a bottle of LaScolca. The dessert, zabione with lady fingers - not my fave but everyone else gobbled it down.
