21/08/2024: Everything perfect and delicious... the tasting of appetizers is enough for two... and don't be like me who filled up with their fabulous bread served hot and local oil 😉 the first courses were excellent and plentiful... I highly recommend... extensive wine list but I I chose a local wine from the notary's cellar that was simply perfect with the dishes

05/08/2024: Cibo di ottima qualità, di gran gusto per il palato e ben presentato. In alcuni piatti abbiamo ritrovato i sapori di una volta, dunque, rispetto delle tradizioni. Lode al cuoco che ha preparato cibi ottimi anche per un bimbo celiaco che, soddisfatto, ha mangiato tutto senza effetti collaterali in quanto lui sintomatico. Camerieri professionali, con il sorriso e sempre solerti dopo ogni nostra richiesta. Ho messo eccellente nonostante abbiamo patito un po' il caldo perché sono certa che il clima non sia dipeso da loro in quanto quel giorno si festeggiavano due compleanni da 90 anni e uno da 80. Nulla da rilevare sulla posizione in quanto a causa dell'elevata temperatura esterna non mi sono azzardata a fare un giretto.

24/08/2024: Luogo incantevole… immerso nel verde dove si respira aria di serenità e pace. Abbiamo cenato in due ed è stato davvero piacevole. Ottimo cibo, servizio attento e gentile. Consigliamo sicuramente. Abbiamo anche acquistato i loro prodotti…buonissimi… Per meglio agevolare il loro lavoro e servizio è sempre meglio e utile prenotare prima, lo si può fare comodamente tramite messaggio whatsapp al quale ti rispondo con gentilezza specificando il menù e il costo. Una serata davvero piacevole.

15/08/2024: Bittersweet experience! Recommended only and exclusively in truth "maybe"... Experience for a mid-August holiday in the name of a bakery. There is no air conditioning system inside the structure and if there is it is not enough! The only voices that could be heard among the customers were complaints about the excessive heat! It almost seemed like a war territory from those who were escorted out due to an illness to those who ate in their own sweat!. I decided to abandon lunch also because the children were drenched in sweat (without getting up from the chair)... still paying 90% of the lunch... On the staff, the guys are willing and prepared, except for a few rude people who, instead of stopping and understanding what the customer needs, go straight ahead with their finger pointing next (sturdy glasses, black hats!)... As for the food, as far as I could taste it, it's not bad, typical home cooking... Location (separate climate) with ample parking and children's area, inside there is a lot of imagination that reflects a farmhouse.

20/08/2024: Terrible experience. Overpriced for the quality of the food. There were 7 of us, we ordered a central starter, 6 dishes of mushroom and sausage pasta and a pizza... slow service, very slow, quantity of pasta just 50g.

20/08/2024: The restaurant I wanted to go to was fully booked, so the owner of the hotel, who is from Matera, recommended it to me. The customer service of the female clerk was very good! When I said I wanted to try Matera's local cuisine, they recommended a set of appetizers. Cialledda fredda (bread salad), polpetta di pane (bread polpetta), and crapiata materana (soup with chickpeas, buckwheat flour, lentils, etc.) were especially delicious!

06/08/2024: Après cette marche sous le soleil de plomb, nous sommes arrivés dans ce restaurant à 12h30 piles et dès l’entrée nous avons été très inspirés tant par la fraîcheur que par le cadre. La qualité du service est irréprochable ainsi que celle des mets. Expérience culinaire à vivre. N’hésitez pas à goûter au dessert du chef à base de pain de Matera. À vivre absolument !!

31/05/2024: There were 13 of us and we discovered this pizzeria which had been recommended to us. This is a very good address. Real Neapolitan pizzas with very thin dough and quality ingredients with great taste. The service is fast and attentive. I recommend the svallo margharita. Simple and delicious.

18/04/2024: A memorable experience, like the greatest myths of Ancient Greece, that Daedalus had during a dinner. Menu that enhances local products, with careful presentation. Price accessible to a young couple, no less. Location to visit: yes, because Dedalo is a real labyrinth in which to get lost (without wanting to find a way out). The thread is drawn by the welcoming owner, who told us with heart about his reality as a restaurateur. Getting lost here is recommended, highly recommended!

02/08/2024: Informal and refined environment. Very good cuisine, traditional dishes with a choice of fish and meat. Friendly and courteous staff. We stayed one night in one of the rooms of the structure, as in addition to the restaurant there is also a b&b... clean and large room, very particular color combinations! The breakfast could be revised, perhaps adding a little something. For the rest, everything is excellent!

02/08/2024: Today, after 15 years, I had the opportunity to have lunch in this place and I can say that, fortunately, it hasn't changed at all. Very kind waiter and helpful staff. Even though we arrived at 2.30pm, they gave us the opportunity to have lunch. The meat carpaccio and the pignata with meat sauce are absolutely worth trying; fabulous!!! I definitely won't wait another 15 years to go back. Very good prices!

The owner is very kind and polite, very present and puts his guests at ease. Prices appropriate to the quality of the proposal. Definitely recommended. Above average restaurant.
