Large portions, but the food didn't look very appealing. Your table number is called from the kitchen when something is ready for you. When you're finished, you are expected to take everything back inside and pay... Moderately enthusiastic.

We went here when we first arrived. On the way to the hotel. I looked it up at home and it was a hit! Delicious food, wine, very cool atmosphere, served by a loud, nice lady. We immediately felt like we were in Italy! Thank you very much!

Very good and very generous! The burrata was excellent, and the truffle sauce was top-notch and plentiful, all for €13. High-quality products and sandwiches made to order. The best in Matera!

The best sandwich I've ever had! Caciocavallo Podolico and spicy spianata of the highest quality. A quaint cave restaurant, Marisa is incredibly kind and helpful! The best place in Matera.

Extremely tasty place! Definitely the most delicious place in Matera! The quality /quantitiy ratio is absolutely perfect. The sandwiches are huge - keep this in mind if you are not very hungry and consider splitting it with someone as it would be a crime to throw even the leftovers of this food. You can tell that every ingredient is traditional and fresh. Combine the sandwich with a glass of Prosecco and you have “Heaven!”! The service is perfect, too! ❤️ The place is definitely worth visiting! 😊

08/06/2026: Perfect place, extremely tidy and clean, a truly pleasant atmosphere. The staff is highly qualified, friendly, and always available to meet any needs. Moving on to the food: the quality is excellent, and you immediately notice an impeccable selection of ingredients. The dishes offer excellent flavors and tastes that leave a lasting impression. The quality-price ratio is absolutely right. I'll definitely be back!
08/06/2026: The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, with a friendly welcome. I'd suggest asking for water after you've been seated. The table service was good (beer should be served in a separate glass). The prosciutto was satisfying, a good size. The appetizer was well-prepared, though I would have liked more flavor contrast. The pizza dough was light and easy to digest, perhaps a little more moisture was needed. The thank-you note was a pleasant surprise. A good balance for the price paid and the quality of the ingredients served.
