Excellent cuisine with truly 0 km local products, low costs, fast service, generous portions, great kindness from the owner Nicola and the staff. An excellent choice, for which I received compliments from the group, which I in turn pass on to Nicola
27/04/2024: Family atmosphere, excellent food, kind and friendly staff, puts the patrons of the place at ease. Nice atmosphere, we will gladly return. I would add that we were a small group of 30 people and we all agreed in our opinion.

09/08/2024: A lovely café with delicious treats! The ice cream was creamy and flavorful, the tiramisu perfectly balanced, and the coffee rich and aromatic. Cozy atmosphere and great service make it a must-visit spot!

23/08/2024: Invitati da amici siamo arrivati nel bosco e subito ci siamo ambientati: ospitalità, professionalità ma soprattutto grande e digeribilissima pizza del pizzaiolo Giuseppe a cui vanno i nostri sinceri complimenti. Aggiungo le foto per farvi capire cosa abbiamo mangiato: pizza con peperoni cruschi, salsiccia e funghi cardoncelli e pizza con patate al forno, pancetta, salsiccia, grana e burratina in uscita. Cosa dire di più...venite e provate

Dream locations, immersed in the Sassi of Matera in an almost surreal atmosphere.
In short, if you want to take a step back in time, between tradition and excellent cuisine, you must try the new management of the Botteghe.
31/08/2024: After a splendid visit to the Sassi of Matera, we stopped in front of "Le Botteghe".
Super welcome, lovely place and excellent menu. The service was very pleasant, the wine recommended to pair with an excellent meat dinner, the staff were well-trained and truly disarmingly courteous!
It was an extremely pleasant dinner, in a "magical" context and we left very, very satisfied!
If we were to return to Matera, Le Botteghe will definitely be an obligatory stop!

10/08/2024: Ambiente semplice ed elegante nella magica atmosfera di un sasso Materano. Servizio impeccabile sapientemente gestito da un Maitre/Sommelier a dir poco fantastico. Il menu' proposto dallo Chef riesce a farti viaggiare nel mondo del gusto facendoti vivere sensazioni piacevoli con una continua esaltazione del palato. Sara' un piacere ritornarci. Credo che consigliarlo a chiunque sia di passaggio a Matera sia il " minimo". Complimenti.
