08/06/2026: We had an exceptional dining experience at Le Bubbole restaurant Matera. We were recommended there by the concierge at our hotel. From beginning to end the experience was fantastic, the environment is stylish, high end but relaxed. Frederica brought us to our table & explained every dish & what was distinctive & characteristic of the region, she was attentive & engaging in conversation which we appreciated. Dino our sommelier help us select a perfect local wine to accompany our food choices, he was charming & funny. While the ambiance & food was great, Federica & Dino elevated the experience to exceptional. Best meal & service in our so far 3 weeks travelling the regions of Sicily, Puglia & Basilica.

20/04/2026: It's not Sunday without desserts from Delizie di Rita. The profiteroles, Venetian pastries, and ricotta and pear baskets are highly recommended. Not to mention the cakes: the super Rita cake tops the list, followed by the Sacher torte and chocolate cake with cream...highly recommended 😍😋

We arrived earlier than we realized, yet the staff was incredibly kind and welcomed us in without hesitation. The meal, complete with beautifully grilled onions and potatoes, was excellent. 22/07/2026: We attended a tasting to sample my son's wedding reception. The reception hall is large and spacious, and it's comfortable. I recommend the owners find some acoustical solutions to dampen the reverberation of two hundred people chatting. The tastings went very well and gave us good advice on the menu choices. The staff was friendly and professional. An unforgettable day, absolute perfection! ​Yesterday we celebrated my son Angelo's wedding to Anna at Masseria del Parco, and everything was simply perfect. The venue is enchanting, a marvelous blend of elegance and tradition, immersed in a magical atmosphere that left all our guests speechless. ​The food was superb: top-quality ingredients, dishes prepared with attention to detail, and authentic flavors that showcase our region at its best. A special shout-out goes to all the staff and management: their professionalism, warm welcome, and attention to every single detail made the day seamless and stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better location for such an important day. Thank you so much for making our kids' dreams a wonderful reality!

10/06/2026: I can't share it yet, I wrote for these reasons, I've been calling at various hours for 3 days to book, no one answers, I sent an email and on the website, in contacts 4 reservations no response, I would like to publish a review of satisfaction, but it seems like an unreachable restaurant!!!!

16/05/2026: This restaurant, somewhat removed from the hustle and bustle of Matera's center, is housed in a beautiful, light-filled room with exposed stone walls. But the real highlight is the food. Each dish is prepared with quality ingredients, slowly simmered to concentrate maximum flavor. Add to that a warm welcome from the owner, who speaks French, and a jazzy playlist, and you have a wonderful way to appreciate the magic of Matera. And don't forget the tiramisu, with its homemade sponge cake, prepared fresh to order for a delightful, sweet, but not overly sweet, ending.
