Every time I pass by Balsorano is a must-see. Unparalleled biscuits. But they really reach their peak with their bread making. One day I had the pleasure of touching their sourdough starter, the true heart of this bakery. Trust me.

10/04/2026: Good food. Very generous and tasty first courses. The gnocchi with mutton sauce were amazing: I couldn't put them down even though I was so full!!! The service was courteous and attentive. Recommended.
