Carmine is the king of the grill, with a family of butchers behind him that ensures unquestionable quality. His wife then perfects everything with her touch in the kitchen. The result? A chalet where you'd go for lunch and dinner every day! The atmosphere is always cheerful and pleasant, and they always try to accommodate everyone. It easily takes the title of best restaurant in the entire area.

We had dinner there last night, and everything was truly delicious. The game tagliatelle was excellent; I highly recommend it; they're truly exceptional. The tagliata and cured meats were also very good!
