In particular, I must give immense praise to the cappellacci all'ossobuco: simply divine. I don't think I've ever tasted such a delicious, balanced, and flavorful dish; every bite was an explosion of flavors that literally enchanted me. ​A sensory experience that I highly recommend to anyone in Pitigliano. A must-try!

15/04/2026: I cannot rate this place highly enough. After three trips to Rome, this is my favorite restaurant we have eaten at. The owner and staff were personable and generous. Food was incredible. We ordered grilled octopus and carbonara. Both were spectacular. The octopus in particular was delicious. If we were here longer, we would come back again without a doubt!

14/04/2026: O good traveler, hear my tale of this inn where I found refreshment. Arriving tired and longing for comfort, I was greeted by the innkeeper with such noble courtesy that it almost seemed as if I were being received into a gentleman's home. With measured words and a serene expression, he displayed so much care and respect that my heart felt light even before dinner. But it was the Angus beef sandwich that astonished me: the meat was tender and juicy, cooked with such skill that it preserved all its virtues and flavor. The bread, firm but not heavy, held it all together like a treasure chest worthy of such precious contents. And above all, the BBQ sauce, of rare balance, neither overpowered nor concealed, but complemented with sweetness and vigor. The well-crafted onions added a gentle yet slightly pungent note, completing the harmony of the morsel. So I left the inn not only satisfied, but happy, like someone who has tasted not mere food, but a work of art worthy of memory.

11/04/2026: I love porcate... and where better to find it than at PORCOBRADO? The sandwiches are amazing... crispy on the outside and soft on the inside... and the contents are wow! The guys are very friendly. I gave the place a 5* because it's really very clean. It's worth a try.

13/03/2026: Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and very tasty dishes. The three of us each ordered a sandwich and shared two portions of fries (chips and sticks, with sausage and provola, and with bacon and cheddar), a portion of meatballs with pistachio and provola cream, a small plate of porchetta, and a small omelette with sausage and broccoli rabe. The bill was perfectly in line with the quality and quantity of the food ordered.

05/10/2025: Today I had the pleasure of lunch at Emiliano's La Fuocina, and it was a truly memorable experience. I tasted a full-blood Wagyu "Italia" rib-eye steak that was simply extraordinary: a unique, tender meat, perfectly marbled, with an intense and refined flavor. An absolute delight, never tasted before! And not just the meat: the appetizers and first courses were also meticulously prepared, balanced, and bursting with flavor. All this was accompanied by attentive and friendly service, which made the day even more enjoyable. This restaurant is absolutely worth a try, and I recommend it without hesitation to anyone who loves good food and authentic gastronomic experiences.

05/04/2026: Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it. I used to come here every time I was in Rome, the first time 18 years ago, the last time yesterday. Overall, the food, quality, and value for money on the set menu have declined significantly. It used to be a real treat and always top-notch. It was simply a matter of red and white wine and fish or meat, and the sheer variety of dishes guaranteed a delicious experience. Now, sadly, it's no longer worth a special visit. A real shame.
