08/05/2025: Very great and nice family-run hotel. The family and the team are super friendly and very nice. The food was delicious and the selection at the breakfast buffet was varied. We recovered really well. Excellent value for money. The rooms are beautifully designed and the view is great. The peace and quiet was very good. We can only recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back :)

19/04/2025: Fantastic experience for all the senses. I chose the tasting route dedicated to the chef's classic dishes. Amazing dishes presented impeccably. Waiting staff always attentive and super helpful. The location is a jewel and the environment is taken care of down to the smallest detail. Absolutely worth the visit. 18/05/2025: Fantastic experience! We went to this restaurant with a spectacular view that left us breathless. Mrs. Eleonora was extremely kind and helpful, making our evening even more special. The food was excellent and the service impeccable. We had the honor of celebrating the Confirmation and we felt truly pampered and treated with attention. Highly recommended!!! 20/04/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante in più occasioni, sia per delle feste (tra cui la mia dei 40 anni), che per dei pranzi in famiglia e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Personale gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze, location stupenda (di sera poi rende ancora di più con la meravigliosa vista su Roma), portate buonissime, porzioni giuste e non striminzite e rapporto qualità/prezzo giusto. Ho sempre fatto un figurone con le persone che ho portato qui. Assolutamente consigliato!

21/03/2025: Enchanting location with an incredible view overlooking both an illuminated swimming pool and Rome. Prominent restaurant located in the Castelli Romani area. Impeccable welcome from the maìtre who assists guests in every choice. The attention to detail and the welcome flutes served upon arrival were very appreciated. Refined and particular cuisine, prices appropriate to the location and the quality of the food.

25/03/2025: Incredible experience at El Maíz! If you are looking for authentic Venezuelan food, El Maíz is the perfect place. From the beginning, the service was impeccable, with a friendly and helpful staff that made the experience even better. The food is simply spectacular. I tried the arepas and the cachapas, both delicious, with fresh ingredients and flavors that transported me directly to Venezuela. I also recommend the empanadas, crispy on the outside and full of flavor on the inside. The atmosphere of the place is cozy, with a decoration that makes you feel at home. Also, the prices are fair for the quality and flavor of the food. Without a doubt, El Maíz has become my favorite place to enjoy Venezuelan cuisine. I will be back soon!

16/05/2025: We spotted this restaurant whilst walking past when it was closed. We just had a good vibe about it and went back when it opened. It was such a brilliant evening on every level. The owner was extremely patient with us explaining the menu. We then asked for the wine list, and she said, "I am the wine list." You just had this feeling you could trust her. We were right she chose two delicious wines with a great depth of flavour. Her knowledge was excellent. The quality of ingredients and taste of the food was outstanding. We had a selection of meats and cheeses. The parmesan cheese was 27 months old. I had cod in a tomato sauce, and my husband had slow cooked beef with potato and courgettes. We both loved our meal. If you want slow food cooked with passion, brilliant natural good service, and a lovely atmosphere, then you will love this place. The playlist is absolutely brilliant as well. We had visited, Turin, Bologna, Ferrari and Parma. Tra L'uss e L'asa was a handsome down favourite with us both.

The friendly and welcoming staff makes the experience even more enjoyable. The selection of wines is also excellent, chosen with taste. A little gem for those who love real cuisine. 🔝

29/03/2025: At Plinio you can eat excellent fish dishes. The various dishes all have a lot of personality and goodness. Also very good at pastry making, Plinio cheers up guests with his saxophone. Personally I also find the wine list very well structured. Awkward but very picturesque place in the historic centre. Absolutely not to be missed.

05/05/2025: It's a beautiful place. I recommend dedicating a full day to it. They give teachers and students a discount of 2 euros. You can tour the garden on a nice train that lasts 15 minutes and costs 5 euros more. I loved the section of photos during the war and reconstruction

It looks just like the beautiful trattorias of our memories of the past Friendly and professional service, appreciated The environment consists of a spacious entrance, a smaller room and two very large and well-kept rooms but with lots of tables. So large that they are unable to remove an almost agora-phobic sensation. It echoes the atmosphere of the great wedding lunches of the past The dishes are rightly those of tradition and the territory: good culatello with generous portions, decent artichoke flan, good goose and bacon, fried eel that could be improved, unforgettable desserts. The wine list is generous: there is something for all tastes The cost of the dishes is certainly not popular: the final bill is, inevitably, medium-high,
