Anyone who can conjure up such a masterpiece from the oven at the last minute deserves culinary acclaim. Verdict: Best place, great people, amazing pizza. 5/5 stars! ⭐

14/02/2026: I ordered a pizza with porcini mushrooms, and they were mushy and tasted like they'd been pickled – but that's a matter of taste. The owner, however, is exceptionally nice and accommodating.

15/03/2026: We discovered this restaurant by chance, and upon entering, we found a tastefully renovated establishment. We received a very warm welcome from the charming owner. The food was delicious, and the chef-owner cooked the fish to perfection. We had a wonderful time and have already booked for the day after tomorrow. It deserves a recommendation, perhaps even a Bib Gourmand. Thank you.

09/03/2026: Last Saturday, my wife and I decided to try this historic restaurant in our city, and it was a wonderful discovery! The location is typical of the historic center, very charming. The service is very professional and welcoming. The cuisine is predominantly local but with a touch of modern flair, using quality ingredients and beautifully presented. The chef is truly skilled because he knows how to showcase the dishes without giving in to the temptation to overdo it, pairing the flavors perfectly. We chose the five-course tasting menu and couldn't have made a better choice. Thank you for a wonderful evening, we can't wait to come back :)

31/03/2026: Visually, the place looked very authentic, but unfortunately, that's the only plus. Guests' preferences are irrelevant here. I asked for a Filetto al Brunello di Montalcino and specified that I wanted it well done. The waiter nodded and said it was perfect. But when the meat arrived, it was completely raw and rare inside, not even medium. I told the waiter that this wasn't the doneness I'd ordered, to which he responded with a "stunning" response: it was impossible to cook this steak well done. Why he hadn't told me this up front remains a mystery. He suggested I cut it into pieces and have it cooked that way. I agreed, happy that I'd finally get what I'd ordered, but disappointment awaited me here too. When they brought my dish again, the slices were cooked a bit more well done, right at medium. But still not well done. I didn't have the energy to argue anymore, and I was too hungry, so I ate them, but I'll be honest, I think this kind of service is disgusting. If a chef's morals, religion, or any other reason prevent him from preparing the meat the way a customer requests, they should at least warn them in advance (although I can't imagine why it's impossible to cook the meat properly; that's the bare minimum). I was angry, my impressions were completely negative, and I didn't enjoy the food at all.

12/04/2026: While it seems like a down-to-earth place upon entering, inside it's a simple and welcoming, family-run establishment. Reservations are required, as seating is limited. The dishes are locally sourced, all home-grown. Everything is delicious and high-quality.

12/04/2026: Found it by chance online. There were eight of us. The service was impeccable. We ate wonderfully, everything was delicious and plentiful. Our server explained everything to us. If you want to experience authentic agriturismo, this is the place. I'd love to return. It's a well-deserved 5 stars.

31/03/2026: Whenever I go to Minervino, a lunch stop at La Tradizione has been a must for years. The atmosphere is friendly and family-friendly, and the menu is delicious, featuring all the specialties of the Murgia region. Highly recommended!
