30/10/2025: This charming restaurant in a courtyard has excellent food and friendly, attentive service. We loved the ravioli—one wit ricotta and tomato sauce and the other with ricotta and pistachio pesto. It was not crowded

29/10/2025: We ate here on our first day in Ortigia after a 24 hr travel day and it was steps from our rental apartment. We ate out in the courtyard and we had some delicious bruschette, ravioli and red wine. Definitely recommend!

03/11/2025: Great local pizzeria with top tier Napolitan pizzas. Very good prices too. Upstars there are only a few tables and it's more s casual atmosphere with being close to the noisy street, but you can see your pizza being made first hand. If you want a more cozy, secluded atmosphere ask for a table downstairs. There is more space and privacy.

05/10/2025: We got the Naples and lasagna pizzas. Both were very good. The waitress was very nice and patient with us ordering. We were seated right beside the pizza kitchen and got to see the pizzas being made! Super fun experience. Didn’t feel rushed like some of the other pizza places in Naples.

30/10/2025: Lots of locals eat there. A good sign. With a shared antipasti caldo and a main course each, we were more than satisfied. So, don't overorder. We had a table right next to a window, which allowed us to see directly into the kitchen. Very nice. The fish soup was generous and could easily be shared between two people. Everything tasted delicious.

26/10/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant because it was recommended by friends and I must say that the food is really good and the staff is very kind and professional. I highly recommend it.

22/08/2025: I chose Castello Visconteo as the venue for my wedding: a fairytale! My guests were amazed by the beauty of the place and the delicious, high-quality food. Furthermore, the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff for every eventuality truly impressed all our guests (and us, the bride and groom). We decided to stay overnight after the event with some of our guests, and the rooms were beautiful and clean. Thanks again to Camilla for her kindness and for making everything perfect!

21/11/2025: Excellent dinner with a group of friends. I confirm the good reviews. Even with a full house, the service was efficient, courteous, and never intrusive. I was satisfied with the dishes I chose, both in terms of quality and preparation (the Ganassino was truly delicious). My friends enjoyed excellent tortelli, especially the pumpkin tortelli with soffritto.

20/11/2025: The place is charming, rustic, and horse-riding style. The menu, absolutely faithful to Emilian tradition, is excellent. You can choose anything from fried gnocco to dessert, and you won't be disappointed. The staff is friendly, fast, and approachable... cappelletti are superb! Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

16/11/2025: Not a grand hotel, not a 5-star hotel. This hotel should be shut down and renovated. I'm baffled how so many people can leave good reviews. Mold on the walls, bedbugs in the ceilings, substandard breakfast, and completely overwhelmed staff. And all this for so much money… Even a cute and funny-looking dog doesn't change the rating. We absolutely advise against staying here!

16/11/2025: Our stay at the wellness hotel was simply fantastic, a true oasis of well-being! We received a warm welcome upon arrival last night, and the staff were exceptionally attentive, helpful, and very friendly throughout our entire stay. The room was large and very comfortable, with a double bed and two lounge chairs. The bathroom was also stylishly furnished and spacious. The view of Lake Lugano is breathtaking and gives the hotel a very special atmosphere. We were also treated to culinary delights: the food was incredibly delicious, fresh, and lovingly prepared. Another highlight was the stylish and well-maintained spa area, which invites you to relax and unwind. Here, we were able to completely switch off and recharge our batteries. We felt completely at ease and are already looking forward to returning very soon. Highly recommended!

01/11/2025: We arrived and were greeted by Chiara, smiling but above all professional: present without being intrusive, attentive to everything. The location is spectacular: surrounded by greenery, well-kept, with a history that alone is worth the visit. You can tell this isn't your typical "nice" place, but a place designed and built with love. On the table, only quality ingredients, beautifully plated dishes, and above all, full, distinctive flavors. No unnecessary special effects, just well-crafted cuisine. The Montefalco by the glass paired everything perfectly. It's one of those places that makes you slow down, unplug, and say, "OK, I'll be back." Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: Very kind and friendly girl. Superb food and a very fair price. We had a starter of Fassona beef tartare with a crispy egg and truffle, and fettuccine with fresh porcini mushrooms. For main courses, rabbit and turbot. Small and very welcoming place. Very, very good 💪🏻

22/10/2025: Mediocre experience. The service was excellent, but I have a few comments regarding the food. The appetizer was excellent, as was the Pinot Blanc wine pairing. The first course (crêpes), however, wasn't to my liking because the toppings were too heavy and overpowering, covering up the flavor of the fish. Finally, we finished with some delicious dry desserts.

23/05/2025: È raro uscire da un ristorante con la sensazione di aver vissuto qualcosa di davvero speciale, ma è esattamente quello che è successo dopo la cena da Hostaria Ducale. Ci siamo trovati lì quasi per caso, in una serata genovese di pioggia leggera, e sin dall’ingresso abbiamo percepito una cura fuori dal comune. Il locale è raccolto, intimo, arredato con gusto ma senza ostentazioni. Non c'è musica di sottofondo: solo voci basse, piatti che arrivano con grazia, e una certa sospensione del tempo. Il servizio è stato impeccabile. I camerieri si muovono in silenzio, presenti ma mai invadenti. Una ragazza in particolare ci ha accompagnati per tutta la cena con discrezione e gentilezza, rispondendo alle nostre curiosità con chiarezza e senza fretta. Non c’è nulla di affettato nei loro modi: si sente che ci tengono davvero a farti stare bene. Abbiamo scelto il percorso degustazione da otto portate, e ogni piatto è stato un piccolo viaggio. Indimenticabile il risotto con anguilla affumicata, un equilibrio perfetto tra cremosità, affumicatura e acidità. Il piccione con foie gras è arrivato come un’opera teatrale ben costruita: cottura magistrale, sapori profondi, senza eccessi. Anche i dessert, spesso trascurati altrove, qui brillano per inventiva e precisione.

04/11/2025: Unhelpful, restaurant empty. They had the nerve to say there was no room. Rude... arrogant. Then classifying a place like this as a four-star hotel takes courage. Better go elsewhere. You'll find better, and above all, you'll find more helpful and courteous people.

30/10/2025: We're in the center of Cantoira, in the Lanzo Valleys. It was my first time dining at this Cantoira hotel and restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised to find truly well-prepared, plentiful dishes at a truly fair price. The restaurant is beautiful and clean, and the wait staff and owner are very friendly. A good wine list. I'll definitely be back. I tried the exceptional Peperoni in bagna calda (Peppers in a Hot Sauce), as well as the superb raw Fassona beef. We then tried two classic first courses: Gnocchi with Toma Fondue and fresh Tagliolini with wild boar ragù. The wine was a Dogliani Sup. A must. Overall, a good restaurant!
