It was a very pleasant stay with courteous and friendly staff. The restaurant is also highly recommended.

The hotel is nice and cozy, and the rooms are clean and spacious. and have good lake views. The staff is very good and do a great job — I especially liked Anastasia, the reception manager, and Leyla, the housekeeping supervisor. They were very kind, attentive, and caring. They responded well to all requests and really tried to explain and show everything. The only thing I might mention is that our room had a balcony, and the floor on the balcony was very shaky — it probably needs attention and repair. Everything else was excellent.

Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! We were there about a month ago and are still raving about this wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and were even surprised with a complimentary coffee – a very thoughtful and thoughtful touch. The service was first-class throughout our entire stay. The waitresses were incredibly friendly, respectful, and always attentive, ensuring our complete comfort. You can immediately tell that hospitality is truly practiced here. The restaurant was also fantastic! The food was excellent, the atmosphere very pleasant, and everything was served with great care. You immediately feel welcome. It was also particularly convenient that our car could be parked directly in front of the hotel and left there for the day without any problems. This made our stay even more relaxing. The hotel's location is superb, and the view of the lake from the "Femme Fatale" suite was absolutely breathtaking. That view every morning – simply perfect! Huge thanks to CHAMARI for her exceptional hospitality during our honeymoon. Honestly, she is one of the main reasons we loved this hotel so much. She was always kind, cheerful, and went far beyond her job to make our stay special. Every morning she remembered my favorite breakfast dish and brought it with the sweetest smile. She also helped us with nearby shopping places and recommendations — she was not only amazing staff, but also our little tour guide 😂🩷 She truly deserves recognition for her outstanding service and positive energy. It is an excellent hotel in Campione d'Italia

It's always a thrill to stay with you... the staff is truly extraordinary. The food is excellent. You sleep great. Everything is perfect. 😘😘💙💙

I booked my stay based on photos on Booking.com, the airport app, and reviews on Google Maps. In short, I regretted it. The hotel is old and far away (Uber will charge you around 70-100 francs to get to Lugano). The only good things about the hotel were the restaurant and the view; otherwise, it was no good and I wouldn't stay there again.
