01/11/2025: It is a very beautiful pizzeria with nice deco and nice atmosphere. The service personal are really nice and polite. The pizza was a taste of piece of heaven. We ate true-margeritha and capriccious. Both fantastic. The prices are very reasonable in compare to Neapel. Grazie Millie ;-)

19/10/2025: A very good restaurant, serving traditional Sardinian dishes prepared with care and using quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is friendly. Just one note: the porceddu (roasted pork) at lunch must be booked in advance, otherwise it's unavailable. Recommended for those who want to enjoy traditional Sardinian cuisine!

18/10/2025: A lovely restaurant run by two German women. A great atmosphere nestled among the fields. For a nice table, it's advisable to make a reservation in advance (we only discovered this first), as despite the relatively remote location, quite a few guests arrive over the course of the evening. A diverse selection of dishes, including many local specialties, is delicious. Unfortunately, the side potatoes were only lukewarm when they were brought out. Overall, a highly recommended evening!

25/10/2025: Every time I come to Di Pietro, my mind goes back to the smells, the atmosphere, the tastes of a time that no longer exists... of when I was a child and came with my parents or my grandmother... the feeling is that of being at home... typical and tasty traditional cuisine... courtesy and kindness... and in the summer you can eat outside, something not to be underestimated... don't forget to try the old-fashioned pizza alla teglia and the chef's famous and inimitable croccante...

20/10/2025: Welcoming restaurant and staff. Pizza is second to none. Everything else on the menu is excellent, too (recommended dishes: gnocchi with wild boar ragù, ravioli with tomato sauce, Edo pasta, grilled lamb...)

07/11/2025: The staff is incredibly rude. If you're not a woman of a certain age alone, but a young person, they treat you terribly. The waitress's responses are curt and annoyed, the service is overbearing, and they don't say "please" or "thank you." The only good thing is the food, but with such terrible service, I'd rather eat something subpar at McDonald's with nice, helpful staff than be treated badly by a waitress. If this lady is so frustrated that she treats customers badly, she should quit her job. Serving just two dishes at a time is so annoying to her. Maybe she'd look better if she stayed home.

28/07/2025: Il posto e la vista sulla vallata meritano davvero, il parcheggio nella corte interna è comodo, il dehor esterno è molto carino. Riguardo alla cena, il servizio è molto acerbo e confusionario, i piatti proposti nella media e il vino, soggettivo, lo pensavo migliore e più nelle mie corde. ero partito con alte aspettative.. leggermente ridimensionate Ci torneremo magari per una seconda chance

21/10/2025: We stayed here as the first stop on our honeymoon and it was truly magical. Since we went in October, the town and hotel too was very quiet, as it's in between the summer and winter seasons. The food was fantastic - the half board option is well worth it. It is only about a 10 minute drive from Ortisei and the Alpe di Suisi gondola. There are also a ton of daily activities offered by the hotel. The spa was fantastic as well, and the prices were far better than what we were used to in the US. Only thing was that it books up quite quickly, so be sure to reserve ahead of time. The pool, saunas and gym were also a highlight. Overall, the staff were absolutely incredible and so welcoming. HIGHLY recommend staying here - we will be back!!

The staff were extremely kind, the cuisine impeccable, and for me, a vegetarian, in addition to a series of delicious appetizers, I had the pleasure of eating the best polenta concia of my life.
