I spent a wonderful Sunday lunch at Pietro Crescenzo's restaurant. The environment is very rustic, with that slightly retro style that we don't mind at all. Lots of paintings and historical evidence. We ordered a mix of starters for two people and 3 samples of first courses for two people with a bottle of wine and two desserts. The appetizers fully reflect the philosophy of the place, food of substance without paying too much attention to the presentation, the pumpkin flan and the omelette with borage are delicious. And then we move on to her, the queen, the married soup! typical dish of the Campania tradition that I usually only taste at Christmas, masterfully made. The other two tastings included a typical pasta with broccoli and local oil and a pasta with cherry tomatoes and lots of oregano. Grandma's dessert with very tasty black cherries, worth seeing again is the pomegranate bitters which were very pungent. Overall the experience was more than positive, even in the service where everyone was extremely friendly and professional, however I would like to suggest the possibility of introducing a menu as we did not have the perception of the costs of the dishes ordered and which resulted in a I count a little high.

Locale accogliente ricco di storia,quando il padrone capisce che siamo finiti qua per visitare il paese vecchio ci racconta subito la triste storia....di Melito e con molto orgoglio la tradizione culinaria della sua famiglia storia cultura buon cibo qua c'e tutto !!! vera osteria con piatti tipici locali vino spaziale prezzi nella media torneremo!

Io non ho parole adatte per scrivere questa recensione....dopo aver vissuto un poin giro per il mondi Riscoperta di sapori legati alla mia infanzia in irpina. Proprietari super cordiali e personale super gentile e preparato. Non sono una mangiona ma ci sono stati i tempi giusti per assaporare tutto . Tutto sublime. Baffi leccati. Straconsigliatissimo.

Ristorante molto buono. Ottimo l'antipasto misto molto vario, ottima la minestra maritata e i primi eccellenti, tutti i prodotti a Km 0, qualità molto alta. Il tutto bagnato da un superbo aglianico prodotto in casa. Rapporto qualità/quantità prezzo ottima.
