03/04/2025: This felt like a hidden gem for cicchetti. First it's only 1.50 each here compared to all other places charging 2.50-3.50. Second it's packed with locals so you know it's legit. Third, the service was friendly even to tourists. Fourth, the gelato next door is as good as any others in Venice without the huge tourist line. Don't miss this place. 🔥🔥🔥

06/04/2025: stella michelin meritata. la sala completamente rivestita in legno è una Stube centenaria. Ottimi piatti ben curati e serviti, La cucina rappresenta bene lo stile altoatesino con ricette complesse, ma con un equilibrio di sapori e consistenze sempre presente . Nota di merito alla piccola pasticceria, molto creativa e servita su un tappeto di chicchi di caffe.

05/12/2024: Serata con amici tutti hanno mangiato lumache e sono rimasti contentissimi ottima cena . Io non mangio Lumache ho mangiato Soufflé di patate con fonduta di pecorino e tartufo eccezionale. Poi ravioli cacio e pepe . Ottimo Anche i dolci buoni . Consigliatissimo per lumacari e ottimo anche per chi non le mangia.

03/09/2024: Junto con mi esposa, viajamos por Abruzos, Apulia y Umbría en tres semanas, y el año pasado también por la Toscana. Pero este restaurante en Umbría es lo mejor de todo; el personal más amable, buena comida y un excelente restaurante con una vista perfecta.

27/04/2025: We celebrated my brother-in-law's birthday at Cascina Fossandere and it was a truly perfect experience. The place is delightful, immersed in tranquility and with attention to every detail. The food was simply exceptional: starting from the starters with mixed cured meats, three types of cheese accompanied by jam, eggs with asparagus and delicious snails with bacon. Melted cheese, mozzarella and buffalo cheese. The first courses won us over: a truly creamy and tasty risotto with blueberries, gorgonzola and Colonnata lard, followed by the traditional casoncelli alla Bergamo, very tasty. As second courses, a very tender cut and a mixed grilled meat cooked to perfection. To finish with a flourish, fresh fruit and a spectacular millefeuille. Everything impeccable, from the authentic flavors to the hospitality. Highly recommended for special events and dinners!

I was in this place the first evening I arrived in Matera, with my partner, we chose some typical dishes and two glasses of red wine, (primitivo and aglianico) the owner, very kind, wanted us to taste some Greek and offered us two glasses and at the end offered two glasses of liqueur. right proportions, excellent quality/price ratio. highly recommended!

14/04/2025: Sono stato sabato 12 aprile 2025 al Tulipano Nero in Roma Trastevere. Il locale è carino vicino piazza S. Cosimato, ma il menu presenta una varietà di piatti eccessiva, da l'idea di un ristorante turistico, poi all'inzio del pasto ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare una forchetta che aveva residui di cibo. I primi vengono serviti in una padella di alluminio, è una cosa simpatica ma arrivano a tavola tiepidi. Queste le ordinazioni: Acqua (4 euro): c'è solo la bottiglia da un litro, l'acqua viene servita già aperta e senza tappo. Amatriciana (12 euro): pomodoro buono, guanciale troppo cotto, pasta non proprio al dente, quantità scarsa. Carbonara (14 euro): poco cremosa, un pò asciutta, cottura pasta come sopra. Creme caramel (8 euro): normale. Cialda con crema e fragole (9 euro): è un cestino di pasta frolla grande come una tazzina di caffè, contenente un pò di crema e nutella, con quattro pezzetti di fragola agli angoli del piatto. Conto: Totale 47,00 euro più 4,70 euro di IVA che non era ben evidenziata nel menu (forse colpa mia che non l'ho vista?), totale pagato IVA inclusa 51,70 euro. Conclusioni: ribadisco l'impressione iniziale, locale più adatto a turisti o persone poco esigenti, non adatto ai "romani" che vogliono mangiare una amatriciana o carbonara veraci e abbondanti.

12/04/2025: Wir hatten 1 x Bruschetta ( ein Stück) einmal frittierte Artischocke ( ein Stück)...ganz schön mager....dann mein Mann Pasta Alfredo für 16 Euro ...( Wenig Nudeln) Ich Carbonara..die waren sehr gut ! Zwei Media birra a 7 Euro...am Ende der Geschichte...es stand nirgends!!! Kamen noch 7 Euro drauf für ??? Service !!! Wir bekamen kein Brot ...und Pfeffer und Salz mussten wir uns noch selbst holen ... obwohl es bei uns noch relativ leer war ...nee nee nicht wieder...

30/03/2025: Regular pasta. In all other places in Italy for 2 weeks this is the most regular. The main thing is Pizza, it cost 15 euros. They brought dry and burnt on top covered with prosciutto. The place is beautiful. The service is 2 because of the workload, but the staff is kind. For 60 euros on the bill. I will not come again. I can only recommend it for photos.

30/03/2025: Se venite a Verona fatevi un regalo e venite a mangiare in questo ristorante magnifico! Situato in una chiesa sconsacrata piatti della tradizione ma anche pizze e schiacchiate superlative. Tutto buonissimo! Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti qualità prezzo e scelta ottima! Cigliegina sulla torta? Loro sono FANTASTICI! Tornerò sicuramente. GRAZIE E BRAVI RAGAZZI!
