27/11/2025: I'm from Palmanova, but I go to AL BAFFO every 15-20 days for lunch.
I can only say:
Everything was good, from appetizers to dessert, the service was friendly, and the price was fair.
I have to go back soon for my birthday, so I recommend it to everyone.
And even if I spend €70-80, it's worth it.

11/11/2025: I wasn't hungry, but I wolfed down everything and more. The tonnarelli were top-notch, the meatballs and chicory were mouth-watering, and the service was discreet and efficient.
25/10/2025: The food is excellent, the place is wonderful, and the staff is fantastic, super friendly and helpful, especially the daughter, who is super nice and sweet. I highly recommend it, they make you feel right at home. THE FOOD IS GORGEOUS!!!!!!

29/10/2025: Beautiful restaurant, very welcoming, excellent entrance, beautiful spacious rooms. The only flaw is that it was a bit chilly on a late autumn evening. The food was excellent, the Castelmagno risotto was very good. Lots of variety, average price. I would recommend it and will definitely be back.

10/10/2025: A lovely, well-decorated place stocked with bottles of wine (the Ruche' is exceptional), attentive and courteous service, excellent food (vitello tonnato, out of this world), exquisite desserts, and a fair price. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent food and great attention and friendliness from the owner and the attentive and friendly waiters.
Highly recommended.
02/09/2025: A wonderful lunch on the way home. When you stop for a quick lunch, but then you find yourself immersed in an experience and leave with a smile. The dishes are rooted in tradition but with a touch of innovation. And then there's the roast pigeon, which is hard to find.

We really enjoyed the different variations. Well-topped, well-cooked.
A little more expensive than average, but well worth it.
