26/03/2025: Scoperto per caso poichè di passaggio a Solofra; Location molto carina, un giusto compromesso tra trattoria e ristorante, ottima atmosfera con luci soffuse ed una piacevole musica di sottofondo (siamo stati a pranzo); Appena finito di ordinare ci vengono offerte delle zeppoline sale e pepe molto apprezzate, Abbiamo preso i taglieri di salumi e formaggi accompagnati da un calice di primitivo di manduria, ottimi(nota positiva al prosciutto crudo e alla pancetta che si scioglievano in bocca), Come antipasto polpette con fonduta di cacio e pepe molto buone ma il piatto forte è stata la verza imbottita di patate e pancetta; Come primi piatti abbiamo preso tagliatella ai funghi( per me il migliore), spaghettoni zucchine e pancetta e tagliolini con tartufo, i piatti ben conditi, saporiti e di giuste dimensioni, Ciliegina sulla torta il dolce, sia tiramisù e sopratutto uno chiamato D'arì hanno chiuso quest ottima esperienza culinaria. Conto più che giusto x quello che abbiamo mangiato! Nota positiva ai camerieri e al proprietario, si vede che svolgono con passione ed amore il loro lavoro. Sicuramente torneremo a Solofra anche solo per tornarci a mangiare! Complimenti!

08/03/2025: Braceria di eccellente qualità , diverse qualità di carne per tutti i gusti e per tutte le tasche ,sempre proporzionato alla qualità , la carne è cotta alla brace dall’ottimo chef Franco , padrone di casa ,ottimi anche gli antipasti , tuttavia anche il posto ti accoglie con calore , con ottima sonorità in sottofondo , nessuno che ti mette fretta ; ottima la carta dei vini . Gentilissimo il personale , puoi farti anche consigliare da loro . Torneremo per assaggiare anche i primi piatti . Insomma vuoi mangiare della buona carne in un ambiente piacevole ? D’Ari’ e’ super consigliato .

06/04/2025: Excellent. The quality of the products was noted in everything we ordered. From the burrata and artichoke at the entrance to the best amatriciana and the best tiramisu we tried in Rome. The only detail to criticize is in the risotto, which we expected to be creamier than what it came. But it is a high quality restaurant that is absolutely recommended.

12/04/2025: Siamo in autostrada, verso le 12.00 decidiamo di fermarci a pranzo, subito dopo ci appare l'indicazione stradale Carru'. Usciamo e non conoscendo il luogo, facciamo capo all'intuito per la scelta. Passiamo davanti alla trattoria "Vascello d'Oro" e decidiamo di fidarci del nostro intuito (non sempre va bene). Entriamo ed il primo impatto ci piace. Ci accomodiamo al tavolo, menù molto ristretto con piatti tipici Piemintesi. Carta dei Vini con poche etichette, quasi tutte locali se escludiamo lo Champagne. Io, inizio con un vitello tonnato, veramente eccellente per cottura e preparazione. Mia moglie, sceglie un tortino con carciofi e fonduta. Vado aventi con agnolotti al Ragù. Come secondo la "finanziera", piatto che non vedevo realizzato da secoli. Qui servono un piatto tradizionale ed antico piemontese: "Batsua". Tradotto, calze di seta. Piedini di maiale affettati ed impanati. Abbiamo bevuto un ottimo Dogliani (dolcetto). Arrivederci.

04/04/2025: Pranzo qui a Carru’ in questo locale che trasuda di ottima tradizione!!! Gentilezza, cortesia e’ qualità la fanno da padrona. Grazie per averci fatto mangiare così bene. La finanziera voto 9+ !! Tornerò presto

17/04/2025: Ci sono stato a pranzo con la mia fidanzata. Locale pieno di avventori. Menu molto vasto. Buona accoglienza, servizio non velocissimo. Nuova gestione. Abbiamo scelto vitello tonnato, tonnarelli cacio e pepe, gnocco fritto con prosciutto crudo e spaghetti alla carbonara, piatti abbastanza buoni e abbondanti. Conto onesto per essere vicini al centro di Milano.

Amazing selection of great cocktails and drinks, as well as a wide and sophisticated selection of beers, spirits and liqueurs. The menu offers a delicious array of choices, all expertly crafted with fresh, high quality ingredients. Every bite was a delight, bold flavours and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff provided excellent recommendations, ensuring we were satisfied. I can't wait to return to Monte Street Bistrot to explore more of their delicious creations. Highly recommended!

20/03/2025: La vera trattoria di un tempo dalle tovaglie candide e da un'ottima cucina piemontese in un antico borgo purtroppo poco valorizzato. Ottima pulizia e ottimo servizio da una gentile fanciulla sempre sorridente. Cercando una pecca....non hanno bottiglie di vino piccole da sostituire ad un vino della casa mediocre

18/03/2025: In coppia per il mio compleanno a pranzo; ad accoglierci la cameriera (per tutto il tempo sorridente; cordiale, attenta al dettaglio e alle nostre richieste). Locale ben arredato che rispecchia l'ambiente casalingo, trasmette calore e la tradizionalità tipica di una trattoria. I piatti cucinati molto bene; saporiti, prodotti freschi. Porzioni abbondanti come da foto. Anche i dolci erano proprio gustosi con ampia scelta. Prezzo totale in due 77 euro, considerando che abbiamo preso due primi un secondo due dolci due caffè e un amaro, molto proporzionato alla qualità prezzo. Consigliato Ad avigliana!

Volevo raccontarvi la mia esperienza, abbiamo ordinato sbagliando indirizzo di consegna per via del telefono che non prendeva bene, dopo richiamando per verificare lo stato della pizza, ci siamo chiariti sulla posizione, si sono scusati e alla consegna ci hanno offerto un dessert. Sono stati fantastici e ordineremo sicuramente un'altra volta.
