Three words: Hospitality, Ambience, Substance. We went to this place for the first time by word of mouth. Decorated with simplicity but taste, we were greeted by the owner's son, who was very kind. We were served typical Peruvian dishes (original, not reworked like in some places to cater to the local clientele) full of flavor but above all of the passion that the lady puts into both the cooking (kudos also goes to the kitchen staff!) and the management of the place. PAPA A LA HUANCAINA, LOMO SALTADO, and ARROZ CHAUFA full of flavor and presented in a manner worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant! Here we found everything that anyone working in the restaurant industry should always keep in mind... We therefore thank the entire restaurant so much for the warm welcome and the excellent food they reserve for their customers! Well done!!!
