La Cucina de Mamà In Firenze

Something completely different: specialties from Peru. A very small restaurant that also functions as a pizzeria. Very friendly service - probably the owner himself. Very tasty food. We found it by chance because it was walking distance from our hotel and not in the tourist center.

Typical Peruvian restaurant where as soon as you enter the place doesn't look like much, like a medium-sized trattoria, in short, a very simple place. The surprise begins when you start eating, also because the menu features numerous dishes and fortunately there was a Peruvian friend with us who was able to recommend us. A special mention goes to David, the very welcoming waiter who was always available to explain the dishes on the menu! All very good Lomo Saltado; Aji De Gallina first of all, obviously costs a little more than average but it's worth it.

Simple and quiet place. The waiter was very kind and explained the dishes and drinks to us. The food was nothing special, unfortunately the meat was tough and no different from a normal slice of beef with potatoes. We wanted to try.

La posizione ingrata (poco parcheggio) e la poca visibilità del localedalla strada non rendono assolutamente quanto possiamo trovare all'interno. Un locale accogliente, curato e pulito con un personale assai accogliente, gioviale e competente. Illustrate un po' le pietanze queste sono arrivate in tavola velocemente. Cibo ottimo, semplice e ben presentato, degno di una cucina di grande rispetto. Bravi bravi bravi. Dice fanno anche serate a tema/buffet ... Ma devo ammettere che questa cena, con leggero sottofondo musicale, non è stata affatto da meno.

Sono stato già in Perù, e questo ristorante mi ha riportato ai sapori e all'atmosfera dei ristoranti di Cusco. David è fantastico, professionale ma di una simpatia e carisma unica; la Mamà invece una cuoca incredibile! Se volete mangiare bene, con materia prima ottima e sapori peruviani, il posto perfetto è questo. Grazie da Josè e Francisca da Bari!

Tutto incredibile!Il cibo, i cocktail e il personale molto gentile. Poi il posto e la musica hanno un tocco di fascino latino davvero accogliente. Abbiamo mangiato sia carne che pesce ed erano entrambi speciali. Grazie alla cocina de mamá per una splendida serata davvero.
