14/12/2025: Excellent lunch!! We stopped by chance but it was a wonderful surprise. Friendly staff, clean and well-kept environment, and fast service. We'll definitely be back!

07/12/2025: We stopped here on a Saturday evening, by chance, for a break during a highway trip (it's located near the Barberino exit on the A1). Very fast and friendly service. Excellent pizza. Fairly priced. Next time, if we're in the area, we'll know where to go! 👏🏻

03/12/2025: Poor quality/price ratio A tortellino in brodo that costs €24 must be EXCELLENT quality, not mediocre. With these prices, there are other restaurants in the Modena area that, in my opinion, are definitely superior.

23/11/2025: I visited Filetteria 1.0 with my girlfriend after booking for 8:30/9 PM. Unfortunately, the reception didn't live up to expectations: we were left waiting until 9:20 PM without any clear communication, and when we finally confronted her, we were told, in a less than cordial manner, that there were no tables available. Only when we were returning to the car were we called back because a table had become available. I understand that unexpected events can happen, but in situations like this, greater customer service would be desirable. The only gesture offered was to save us the cost of the wine, but considering the inconvenience experienced, more attention to the bill would have been more appropriate. The limited reserved parking spaces also made the visit less convenient. I would, however, like to highlight the excellent service of the wait staff, always friendly, helpful, and smiling, which was undoubtedly the best aspect of the experience.

19/10/2025: Having fled another pizzeria, which had my approval the previous year (2023) until it expanded, the locals recommended this place to me. I came in for a pizza, but Lorenzo's presentation, the tasteful decor, the kindness of the staff (a very friendly girl with curly hair), the accuracy of the menu and the prices... and then the tablecloths, the cutlery changed after each course, the cloth napkins... I've dined here several times and I've tasted not only pizza, but much... much more... Everything was delicious. I forgot to take photos of the dishes and mark my presence with my daughter and son-in-law so I could have a souvenir... I'm only taking a few receipts to show how much I ate and how little I paid. One last mention: the kindness and deliciousness of the lady at the cashier. Please... don't change...! I'll be with you next year... don't disappoint me. And here I am in October 2025. They say "the murderer always returns to the scene of the crime." Well, I was there last year (see September 2024 review) and I returned again this year, where I: 1. Ate well; 2. Treated not as a customer but as a friend; 3. Cleanliness of the restaurant, elegance of the location; 4. Kindness, patience, and helpfulness of the staff; and 5. Professionalism of the "waiter manager." The review isn't just about the pizza, but also applies to other dates with different dishes... Pizza, meat, fish, mixed appetizers, first courses, beer, wine. I have the presumption of wanting to return next time. Photos are not required to prove my presence on site.

26/11/2025: The food was excellent, all homemade, and the service was outstanding. We tried the pork cheeks, the vegetable soup (more of a cream soup), and the salad. We'll definitely be back.

23/11/2025: A typical Florentine restaurant, where you can taste traditional Florentine cuisine, everything very good. For those nostalgic for old Florence, this is the right place!

11/11/2025: We were in the mood for fish and came here on a recommendation. We weren't disappointed. Everything was delicious. The service was friendly and helpful, and the ambiance with its sea view was absolutely fantastic. Making a reservation is definitely a good idea, as it's always full and the wait can be quite long. We highly recommend this restaurant.

10/11/2025: An extremely unpleasant experience this summer. After paying the bill, we were clearly told at the cashier that the amaros were free. We took them and drank them without hesitation, but as we were leaving, a waiter arrogantly stopped us and asked if we had paid for them. The result was an embarrassing and completely avoidable moment, born solely from poor internal communication and unprofessional behavior. A place that treats customers this way leaves a terrible impression. I have no intention of returning.

18/10/2025: I spent three days in Porretta, a place recommended by a friend... I came all three nights! Excellent cuts of meat, excellent butter, and the "big Rufus" with 300g of meat is world-class! Informal place, friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended. I forgot: very fair prices considering the quality of the ingredients used, all local.

29/09/2025: I've been a regular customer for over a year, and everything is excellent. What stands out most is the quality of the products—the fries are among the best I've ever eaten, as is the quality of the meat and the unique and never boring sandwich menu. Another important aspect is the service, especially Rossella, the owner. She's truly a hard worker and always attentive to customer needs, kind and ready to listen to everyone's needs. The atmosphere is informal and makes you feel at ease. Excellent value for money. Kudos to all the staff.

03/10/2025: Small restaurant (new location, nothing like the original), very basic with just a few tables, good traditional dishes; good for a quick meal, even on its own, good value for money.

03/11/2025: Very friendly welcome. A huge selection of pizzas, from the most classic to the most original. Ours were delicious. I recommend it. €70 for 2 spritzes, 2 pizzas, water, 1 dessert and coffee, 2 grappas.

09/11/2025: Nice, very well-maintained place. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the menu. The meat was very tough, and the mashed potatoes and mushrooms were inedible and tasted disgusting! The service was a bit long.

02/11/2025: Poor availability and attention to customer dietary needs. I had asked for options without eggs or milk (and dairy products); for the appetizer, I received a pumpkin pie with cheese and a croquette with mozzarella inside. Luckily, I'm not allergic. I had to season the first course with the salt and pepper provided on the table. Too bad.
