20/08/2025: A chic restaurant with delicious cuisine in a charming location. The portions are incredible, the fish is excellent; I recommend the grilled seafood, the fish soup, and the fresh fish menu. We also received many compliments on the prosecco, focaccia, breadsticks, and water.

20/08/2025: A slightly overrated note on the food side: lobster pasta: the lobster is overcooked, it's real mush and the pasta sauce doesn't have much flavor. For dessert: pineapple carpaccio with a scoop of very "industrial" vanilla ice cream, no flavor, especially not vanilla! It's a shame to eat bad ice cream in Italy 🇮🇹

10/08/2025: On May 1st my partner and I had the pleasure of dining here, a restaurant that exceeded our expectations, offering us a gastronomic experience that deserves a special mention. The restaurant, chosen thanks to enthusiastic recommendations from other guests, turned out to be a real gem, where every aspect, from the service to the setting, contributed to creating a unique atmosphere. The food served was of the highest quality; each dish was a combination of refined flavors and artistic presentations. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the freshness of the ingredients. Reflecting on this experience I say that there should be more restaurateurs willing to dedicate themselves with such passion to their art. I can't wait to return to this restaurant, super super super recommended!

09/07/2025: I give the food 4 stars, only because it's rooted in Trentino tradition, which, to be honest, doesn't really excite me. I would have liked to have pasta with venison ragù, wild boar ragù, etc. The place is fabulous; the cellar is definitely worth a visit, with its extensive selection of cured meats, cheeses, and wines, all strictly Crucolo.

20/07/2025: I was there for a wedding dinner; I would have given it a higher overall rating if it weren't for the owner's presumably rude attitude toward a guest simply because he was leaning on a service table (clean, stable, and secure) located on the outdoor terrace near the dancing area. This lady offered almost laughable reasons, and frankly, since the service and party were almost over, she could have easily avoided it. My guess is that she simply wanted to "mark her territory," since the party probably went on longer than perhaps agreed upon. From her attitude toward the staff, she seemed pretty pissed off. A humble piece of advice for your next ceremony: if you don't want anyone leaning on the service table, remove it from the area when it's no longer needed (because you could have done that if you wanted to). There's a maître d' who should be in charge of managing the service (and on that occasion he didn't appear present and distinguishable). If he wasn't there next time, it would be better if he were, and vice versa, if he were, perhaps it would be worth reminding him of his responsibilities. Dear owner, thanks to your attitude, you ruined the service, the party, and a potential new customer. Think about it.

01/08/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I had a wonderful dining experience at Ristorante Tema in Rome. I ordered the lobster pasta, and it was absolutely delicious, perfectly balanced between the fresh seafood flavor and the rich pasta sauce. I paired it with a glass of Italian white wine (unfortunately, I don’t remember the name), which complemented the dish perfectly. As a kind gesture after the meal, they offered me two traditional Italian liqueurs: • Limoncello with its refreshing lemon flavor • Agricanto Paladin, a unique cherry, almond, and vanilla liqueur The service was excellent, and the warm, cozy atmosphere made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining experience in Rome.

30/07/2025: There was a Japanese menu and Japanese-speaking staff, so I was able to order with confidence. It's close to Termini Station, so it's easy to access, and everything was delicious, so I was very satisfied.
