02/05/2025: Era da tanto tempo che non mangiavamo pesce così buono. Tutto ben cucinato. Una lode particolare all'antipasto caldo dello chef, delizioso, e diverso dal solito. Servizio con i giusti tempi, e prezzi davvero onesti, soprattutto per la qualità offerta.

08/05/2025: A corner of paradise in Ischia! We stayed in this lovely place and we couldn't have wished for anything better. The owner is a very nice, welcoming and genuine person, who makes you feel at home straight away. The food? Simply delicious, prepared with love and with fresh ingredients that tell the story of the real Ischia. The environment is fabulous: simple, authentic, with an atmosphere that takes you back to the beauty of real things. If you want to treat yourself to fantastic moments, far from the frenzy and close to simplicity, this is the right place. An experience that will remain in your heart!

19/06/2025: Amazing food, very friendly and easy-going waitresses, amazing food. Wonderful cheese appetizers and the main course has to be the bigoli all’anatra, an institution. Highly recommended for those in the area.

12/06/2025: Fantastic restaurant with delicious local food in a beautiful countryside style with a large terrace under the trees and a cozy inner decoration. They only work with fresh ingredients illustrated by the menu which is solely available written in chalk on blackboard. You can hardly find a more authentic local restaurant in Italy.

04/06/2025: Small tavern in the central area that captures you with the atmosphere that it manages to transmit to you even before entering. The menu card is not very extensive but I found this to be an indicator of freshness. Friendly service, some small mistakes were made with my vegetarian wife but all in all we took it in a sporting way understanding that there was no willfulness. I really appreciated the fact that they allowed me to drink a white wine by the glass that was not provided for in the mix and the variation to the first course with vegetables. Excellent quality of ingredients. Price valid for what was consumed.

01/06/2025: An absolutely incredible experience. A place created from an old farmhouse and renovated respecting the soul of the structure. Large green spaces with scented flowers welcome you at the entrance and deliver you into the expert hands of the staff of the Ristorante Famiglia Rana who will pamper you with kindness and professionalism for the entire duration of the experience. Because it is not a normal meal but a surprising journey into the past memories and future dreams of chef Sodano. The chef offers three courses, one with his most 'signature' dishes, one with more experimental dishes and one vegetal. We chose the experimental menu (,"The Doors") and it left us speechless. Of the 10 courses I did not find one that was not excellent. In my opinion Famiglia Rana has done a huge amount of research and preparation, with the result of a restaurant that is more than a gem, it is a milestone of Italian cuisine. Truly compliments to the chef and all his staff, we can't wait to go back!

All the dishes were delicious, but what struck us the most was the service: a pampering from the beginning to the end of the lunch, absolutely beyond all expectations. Thanks to the chef and all the staff for making us experience an unforgettable journey of taste and flavors.

12/06/2025: A lovely, authentic trattoria amidst a beautiful landscape. We had pasta and various appetizers. Everything was very good and reasonably priced. The ambiance is typically Italian. We felt very comfortable among the locals, away from the tourist crowds at Lake Garda. Many thanks to the friendly and pretty young woman who served us and arranged a wonderful table, even without a reservation.

10/06/2025: Excellent trattoria immersed in the morainic hills, local menu with excellent raw materials, friendly service and relaxing environment, I will return to taste other dishes.

09/06/2025: I highly recommend it! The food is delicious, the dishes generous and flavorful. The waiter and waitress are very pleasant and attentive! We had a truly enjoyable time exploring the area, in a friendly and generous atmosphere.

07/06/2025: We sat down and were told we only have an hour to eat, then the waitress didn't take our order for about 30 minutes. There were people who sat down after us and were served and we just sat there being ignored so we got up and left without ordering. Also, prices were quite high.

06/06/2025: I love Elk Bakery for its high quality! The products are fresh, delicious and made with genuine ingredients. The bread is crunchy and tasty, the desserts are unique and irresistible. Hummus, avocado toast and fennel side dish, all delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is friendly. I highly recommend trying a substantial lunch/dinner from them. Great for breakfast too! Excellent choice for those looking for healthy and high quality cuisine

18/05/2025: We have eaten at this pizzeria a couple of times and have always loved it. Typical Roman pizza, low and crispy, with various and excellent toppings. There is a large parking lot in front and it is not difficult to find a table. Excellent prices

The owner of the place is an extremely kind person, attentive and always available to offer help or suggestions to make the experience as pleasant as possible. The food is truly exquisite, prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. Each dish reflects care, dedication and passion for cooking. The menu is varied and well-designed, able to satisfy everyone's tastes and needs. The waiting staff is also excellent: polite, professional and always with a positive and friendly attitude. The service is quick and efficient, but without ever losing the human touch and attention that make the customer feel at home. In short, it is a place that stands out not only for the excellence of the cuisine, but also for the human warmth and attention to detail in every aspect. An experience to live and repeat. Not to be missed!

01/06/2025: What can I say? We ate and drank very well at a price I would say more than fair for two first courses, two second courses and two desserts + water and wine. The atmosphere is adorable and intimate, very attentive and careful service, perhaps the only flaw was the heat that was felt in the room. The host is amazing and we happily stopped to chat… and let it not be said that the Genoese do not offer amaro (very good by the way) 😉

31/05/2025: Mixed experience at Osteria Rustichello I recently dined at Osteria Rustichello, a welcoming restaurant located in the heart of Genoa, a few steps from Brignole station.  Strengths: • The crunchy octopus with caramelized Tropea onions was the real star of the evening: perfectly golden on the outside, tender and tasty on the inside, accompanied by sweet onions that beautifully balanced the dish. • The lemon and basil sorbet ended the meal in a fresh and original way, leaving a pleasant memory. • The staff was kind and helpful, helping to create a friendly atmosphere.  Aspects to improve: • The first courses disappointed expectations. The scialatielli with clams, in particular, were excessively greasy and lacked the distinctive flavor of clams. • The waiting times between courses were quite long, making the experience less fluid than hoped. In summary, Osteria Rustichello offers some quality dishes and friendly service, but there is room for improvement, especially in the preparation of first courses and in the management of service times.
