I passed through the hamlet of San Martino on my motorcycle on Sunday, June 14th, with some friends. We stopped for lunch, and it was truly rewarding. We rediscovered the flavors of traditional food, local products, and the art of home cooking, an expression of the passion and dedication of the people who live these places with resilience and tradition. They were severely tested by the 2016 earthquake, but with courage and pride, they were able to bounce back and revive their restaurant business, focusing on the "inn." Well, if you don't like food, this isn't the place for you. The food at the inn is good, and of high quality. From Ornella's bread to Grandma Emma's pickled vegetables, to Rosella's superb cooking, and the friendliness of Serena and Davide. In short, you have to go, and you'll thank me/thereafter.

I stumbled upon this place completely by chance, but it's truly welcoming and the food is excellent in a family-like atmosphere.

A very family-friendly place with traditional cuisine. Emma and Rosella always source local products and use organic flours to make super-good tagliatelle. I highly recommend it.
