01/02/2025: We had received a gift card for Christmas. The atmosphere was informal but soft, the young lady who served us was very kind and attentive even in proposing alternatives more suited to our taste. The cutting board was plentiful despite the light formula. At the end we were offered a liqueur. At the checkout they didn't charge us for the extras to apologize for the long wait. In fact we had to wait a little longer than usual, but not so much that we had to push. This attention was not due but the owner insisted and we greatly appreciated it.

15/12/2024: We were on our way back from Bergamo airport and were looking for something to eat that wasn't a sandwich from Autogrill. On Google maps "Il Ceppo" was the highest rated among the nearest restaurants in the area. The restaurant is a few km off Brescia Ovest. The staff was friendly and professional. The food was a culinary experience. Extremely HIGH quality food, most of what we ate was made by them. My son had the best burger he has ever had and the adults shared two "taglieri" of cheese and different cold cuts. Their home-made focaccia was amazing, we had to ask for more. They also let us try some home-made dessert that we end up buying to take home. Keep it up, guys! I hope to come back again!! Ps: unfortunately I did not take any pic of the food because it tasted amazing but it also looked very pretty.

Each slice is offered at €5, plentiful and tasty, plus it can be garnished with the addition of cured meats (always sliced ​​freshly, such as the fragrant bacon typical of Norcia, cooked ham, sweet or spicy salami) or grilled vegetables or of mushrooms. Do it yourself for drinks, cutlery and consumption on the spot. In practice, a nice, warm, quick Monza pit-stop for lovers of deep pizza by the slice.

25/02/2025: La Gavarina D’Oro is a fantastic place that we enjoyed so much we visited multiple times during our stay. The food is great, and the wine selection is excellent. The view is stunning, adding to the overall experience. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality you get, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

I was struggling with my Italian and she waited patiently. Not too much noise nor expensive. It also has terrace. Medium capacity but they made space for 9 of us. Would repeat.
