15/02/2025: A beautiful, well-kept restaurant with very friendly and welcoming staff. The prices are well accessible and the quality of the food is not bad. The Bourgogne escargots were cooked very well but, in my opinion solely due to personal taste, they lacked the sauce/flavour as we are used to consuming them in Burgundy. Excellent sliced ​​beef as well as the duck with citrus fruits! A place worth the detour.

30/11/2024: Disfrutamos de la cocina tradicional en este restaurante y experimentamos un servicio de primera categoría. Nos gustaron los platos como lasaña de calamar, gambas y calamares rellenos.

19/11/2024: Voici un excellent restaurant à La Spezia un peu à l'écart du centre ville, proche de la gare. Cadre raffiné agréable et personnel prévenant. Les plats sont excellents. Bon rapport qualité / prix (comptez 100€ à 2 avec apéritif, entrée, plat et boissons).

01/03/2025: I booked on-line for evening meal, received conformation within 5 mins. Also had a follow up message 24hs prior to remind/confirm the booking 👍. The place is not huge, but it is very well laid out, in the warmer weather, lots of outdoor dining space, overlooking a fountain. The decor was slightly olde world Italian, with lots of new twists - very nice. The food was delicious, we was presented with an appetizer, once we were seated. A good selection of meals, and some lovely wines 👍. We also had our small dog with us, which was not a problem (I had advised on the booking request) 🐾. The service was extremely good - very attentive, with out being overbearing. The cost was as to expected for such a delightful place to eat 10/10 👌.

08/02/2025: Nice surprise. Welcoming service. Interesting choice of wines. Pay attention to the choice of raw material. In the tiramisu perhaps too much cream to replace the cream. We will certainly return for the second courses based on national and international meat.

05/02/2025: Mi accorgo di essere tornato in questo locale esattamente un anno dopo la precedente esperienza. Ho ritrovato la qualità e il piacere della tavola già sperimentati in precedenza. Il menù è aperto da un sontuoso assortimento di antipasti, con i salumi della tradizione piemontese, i flan con la fonduta , la tartare..e tanto altro. Sempre ottimi i primi...tanto per non smentirmi ho ripetuto la mia scelta di agnolotti con il sugo di arrosto! Per i secondi c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta: deliziosa la tagliata di manzo. Con i dessert c'è davvero da sbizzarrirsi..dal sorbetto al mano o al mandarino tardivo al tiramisù, dallo strudel di mele al tortino di cioccolato. Per il vino il consiglio di Didi è davvero prezioso. Impeccabile e preciso il servizio dei camerieri, mentre Mirko agisce con arte e competenza "dietro le quinte" in cucina!

26/01/2025: Full marks because the food (I'm talking about pizzas, the only things I get there) is of quality and is evident in the attention to raw materials. The service is phenomenal, friendly, young and very attentive staff. Finally, despite being rustic, the environment is refined, intimate, not too noisy and the atmosphere is soft and relaxing. One of my favorite places. ❤️

30/01/2025: Order chocolate and a small vegetable dish. The small vegetable dish tastes good. In front of the restaurant, CDs, records and books are sold. There must be some combination.

14/01/2025: I recently visited La Barca restaurant, and although the food was average, I had an experience that left me a bit perplexed. The menu had interesting dishes and the service was courteous, right down to the request for oil. When I asked for some oil to season my dish and eat it with some bread, I was informed that it was not available for customers. This information surprised me, as I believe that a good restaurant, which charges €3.50 cover charge, should offer its guests the basic elements to personalize their dining experience. Ultimately, the restaurant has potential, but I hope they review this policy regarding oil, because a small gesture can make a big difference in the overall experience. Recommended with reservations.

04/02/2025: Cena del 24/01/2025 Posizionato in zona non molto comoda per il parcheggio, il locale si presenta, almeno per quanto riguarda la sala dove abbiamo cenato noi, esattamente come ti aspetti che sia una tipica trattoria piemontese, con la tovaglia a quadretti, il legno alle pareti (seppure più chic delle vecchie piole) e il soffitto a volta, volutamente lasciato solo parzialmente con i mattoni a vista. Piacevoli i vecchi manifesti alle pareti e, soprattutto, la vecchia radio che fa bella mostra di sé su uno scaffale. Menù abbastanza ampio, quasi esclusivamente autoctono, che ha soddisfatto: insalata russa ricca e con le verdure cotte a puntino (solo lievemente carente di sale), carpione leggermente alleggerito secondo i gusti attuali, tonno di coniglio (encomiabile la sua presenza nel menù) a mio giudizio poco speziato e milanese impanata nei grissini, ben cotta, le nostre ordinazioni. Vino sfuso gradevole. Servizio rapido e cortese. Rumore di fondo a tratti un po’ fastidioso ma non tale da impedire di sentire i commensali. Conto adeguato. Voto: 8

23/01/2025: Tonight it was me and my colleague.... We were here on business, we come from Modena... We ate divinely, everything was delicious, excellent cuts and excellent chips... the friendliness of the waiter was unique and very professional. The cook is a young girl but with great love for what he does and you can see it in the dishes that come out... if I come back here for work.. I will also come back to eat there.. I recommend it
