A small, modern, and very welcoming restaurant. Impeccable service, courtesy of the owner. Perhaps a little slow, but other than that, nothing to complain about. I came here for the Valentine's Day lunch with a special menu. Everything was very good. The only dish that was a bit bland was the potent mix of cream, ham, peas, and 70-month-old buffalo parmesan. But it was included on the menu because it's one of the chef's favorites. I recommend this place for lovers of haute cuisine.

An experience to remember
We visited La Cucina: it's not your average restaurant, and we can confirm: it's not like any other. An intimate atmosphere, obsessive attention to detail, and cuisine that combines technique, flavor, and identity.
It begins with a brief welcome from the chef, followed by a selection of artisanal house baked goods (truly remarkable), and from there it's a crescendo: carefully crafted, clean, surprising dishes, with quality ingredients and intelligent pairings. Each course has a purpose; nothing is there "for show."
The service is attentive and attentive, the timing is perfect, and you can sense true passion in every step. If you're looking for a special evening, elegant but not stuffy, this is the place.
We'll be back. And we recommend it to anyone who wants an experience, not just "eating out."

Their menu only has Italian, no English, so be sure to bring a translation app.
We ordered the set menu shown in the picture. My favorite dish was the second course, Come Un Roast Beef, with beef, tuna puree, and mushrooms—the flavors blended perfectly. The two pastas that followed were excellent: one was penne with chief homemade tomato sauce, which was very good; the other was orzo with minced beef, diced onions, and cheese—it was very fragrant at first bite, but personally, I found it a bit too salty.
The desserts were all delicious, with distinctly Italian ingredients and preparation methods. They weren't overly sweet, which is the highest praise I could give them.
Chief was also very friendly. After asking where we were from, he encouraged us to write our review in our own language for a more authentic experience. Overall, it was a very good experience; both the ambiance and the food are highly recommended.

We went to La Cucina: it's not your average restaurant, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The intimate and refined setting, the relaxed atmosphere, and the attention to detail are evident at every turn.
The service is attentive, professional, and never intrusive. The young woman in the dining room immediately puts you at ease, with just the right amount of charisma.
It starts with finger food offered by the chef, followed by a selection of fabulous artisanal breads, followed by a series of intelligently crafted dishes: distinct flavors, balance, quality ingredients, and never boring pairings. We opted for the "Eight Acts of Faith" menu, where the chef made the decisions for us! Each course arrives at the perfect pace, and you can sense serious work behind it, not improvisation.
This restaurant is the ideal place if you want to treat yourself to a special evening, where you feel cared for and pampered without formality.
We'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality cuisine and a complete experience.

The Genovese that stays in your head
At La Cucina: not your average restaurant, I found one of the best Genovese I've ever tasted. Not "good": profound, elegant, constructed with a technique that's noticeable but never overpowering. Extremely long cooking, perfectly balanced sweetness of the onions, precise flavor... the kind of dish that makes you want to mop up the sauce with air.
But the real highlight is the meat: top-quality, evident from the first bite. Tender, juicy, clean, without that "tired" aftertaste that unfortunately often occurs when the ingredients aren't up to par. Here, however, it's clear they only use quality cuts and meticulous attention to cooking.
The woman in the dining room offers attentive service that matches the atmosphere; friendly and never invasive, she's always available for advice. The setting is intimate, and the kitchen doesn't cut corners: it focuses on substance. If you love traditional dishes done right (but with a twist), make a note of this place. I'll be back just for the Genoese.

A perfect evening. The bread tray is spectacular (that alone makes the visit worthwhile), and the dishes are carefully crafted and tasty, each with their own distinct identity. I came with my girlfriend and we were very happy and satisfied. The setting is intentionally small and intimate, as well as beautifully decorated. Throughout the dinner, we were accompanied by the maitre d', who was always knowledgeable and kind. We chose the 8-course surprise menu, where the chef chooses what you will enjoy on the spot. We were captivated by his cuisine. A wonderful experience that we recommend and will definitely do again.

An excellent dinner from every perspective. The bread tray is something that deserves a special mention: the variety, aromas, and quality are truly extraordinary.
The meats are of the highest quality, cooked and treated with great respect for the raw materials.
And then the lardiata... simply delicious, intense, comforting, one of those dishes that stays in your head even the next day.
The service is attentive and the atmosphere is refined without being stuffy. A place to remember and recommend.
