27/01/2025: Chef Max Poggi's cuisine is a pinnacle of gastronomy, the dishes are all made with extreme care and are extraordinarily good. The place is sober and elegant, the staff is formal, kind, efficient but rightly discreet, it is a place where nothing is missing but there is nothing too much. The wine list is very well stocked and contains non-trivial labels together with some classics so you are spoiled for choice, the possible choice by the glass guarantees the right wine for all courses. Top choice, the 8-course tasting costs 85 euros (as written on their website) and is the one I recommend to fully enjoy the imagination and mastery of the chef. Large reserved parking in front of the restaurant.

Don't miss the pappardelle with wild boar and the pici, as a second course for those who like it we recommend the sweet and sour wild boar, phenomenal! It's a shame not to have found a free place on the terrace, the view is magnificent!

The service and atmosphere was very nice, more of a fine-dining vibe than many of the other local restaurants. The food was very good too. We especially enjoyed the veal tomahawk. It comes out slightly undercooked on a sizzling hot slab.

06/01/2025: Siamo capitati il giorno dell'Epifania in questo posto molto caratteristico la location molto piccola ma ben fatta, il cibo ottimo e sapientemente preparato, la gestione fatta da donne è proprio eccezionale, gentilezza, cortesia e competenza. Il prezzo ottimo in rapporto a quello che abbiamo gustato, ottima esperienza.

27/01/2025: I would say quality/price good, small things to correct... despite the super crowded place, the service was very fast as were the dishes without delays, I ate fish for both lunch and dinner and I must say everything was good, the fish seemed to me fresh and cooked well, I will definitely return, I recommend it....

Piatti e pizze abbondanti con prodotti di qualità, servizio molto celere, tutti i camerieri molto bravi e gentili. Anche i dolci molto buoni, la pizza è top!

23/01/2025: I was on the road, and I decided to stop here to eat something., between the first course and the second course, I opted for this, I must say that the dish presented itself well, the food was excellent. Very tasty., plus the environment was very comfortable, and the staff were kind., well done to all the staff.!!

03/02/2025: Our server was excellent, like above and beyond good. The food was fantastic, old rome style Pizza very good 8.4 on the one bite scale. The mushroom pasta was to die for. The drinks were pretty good! 5*.

29/01/2025: Have you ever entered a restaurant for the first time and it gave you an idea of the experience in the first few seconds? I’ve experienced that here in 400 Gradi thanks to the friendly, professional staff and sleek, contemporary ambience. Waiters/waitresses show exemplary professionalism and mannerisms of classic Italian restaurants while giving satisfactory service. The quality of the food isn’t far behind. Menu selection is a little smaller than traditional Italian restaurants but 400 Gradi excels in what they served. Traditional Naples pizzas are a must, the pastas are fantastic and the desserts, especially the Nutella calzone, are extraordinary.
