Beautiful experience, super tasting

A fabulous place surrounded by greenery. The restaurant, winery, and shop staff are truly courteous and helpful. The food is top-notch: from the risotto with sausage and cream cheese to the dessert: a fantastic meringue pie that tasted like cream with melted chocolate! Everything is top-notch, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients they use! The wines are truly excellent, especially the sparkling white wines! Their cellars are definitely worth a visit.

A rewarding culinary experience with a tour of the wine cellar. Delicious, well-prepared dishes, with second and third courses very welcome. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, with great attention to customer needs. The location is quiet and the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommended.

We spent a wonderful weekend staying at this family-run property. Everyone was extremely kind, professional, welcoming, and attentive. The food was excellent; we ate Daniela's best risotto! Kudos to everyone, especially Fabio's attentiveness. Gianluigi's tour of the winery was exhaustive. Francesca's attentiveness and thoughtfulness were truly appreciated. We'll be back!

Thanks to one of the owners of this lovely agritourismo near Brescia, I got the awesome opportunity to visit them in April 2024. Chiara gave me an excellent tour of Al Rocol’s wine cellars and gave me an educational insight into the making of Franciacorta sparkling wines. What a labour of love this tasty product is! After the tour, I got to taste their wonderful wines along with a sumptuous plate of delicacies. The homemade bread, the refreshingly smooth olive oil, the dessert, the cheese … everything was top-notch. Francesca, the owner, made sure that everything I was served was vegetarian as per my dietary preference. What an excellent place operated by equally good people! The wines I bought from their vinothek were a great value and even greater taste. I wish I had stayed longer, rented a room in their lodgings and enjoyed their hospitality over a few days. Next time I am in the region, I hope to be able to do so. I came back today with a local friend to visit Al Rocol and greet Francesca, but since I had not made prior arrangements, I could not meet Francesca. Next time, I will make sure to call ahead and be assured of enjoying their hospitality and the terrific wines. See you soon, Francesca.

Company Christmas dinner, warm and relaxing atmosphere with a fireplace, just the 17 of us in the room. Young and knowledgeable waiters. From appetizer to dessert, everything was delicious, especially the risotto! Excellent wine. Everything 💯

I returned to visit the Vimercati Castellini family after some time and spent a lovely evening with friends. I must confirm that the dishes they served were very good. I will definitely try to return.

Top winery. Not to mention the food. Truly a beautiful place, and everything to be savored! Highly recommended.
