04/02/2025: Super location but it's just the beginning of a wonderful experience, a well-crafted menu as well as the dishes served. The gem is certainly the service managed by Giulia, a very young girl who first in Pistoia and then in Prato has demonstrated excellent skills. A tip for anyone who decides to go: use the glass pairing with the tasting suggested by the chef!

Può essere pienissimo, ci n meno gente ma il servizio è la bontà rimane alta. Sì fa’ strada un’altra generazione, con la mamma e il fido Pasquale, entra Francesco che si sta facendo apprezzare.In sala oltre al mitico Giovanni e la bravissima Serena che, con il marito Antonio hanno portato un’innovazione sul servizio e soprattutto sula carta dei vini. Pizza is also the star, dining at Delfino Blu makes you take your mind off the hectic life of every day and the waiters are no exception, super prepared and very kind (especially the lady whose name I don't know, really super!) very cool place very beautiful, excellent I really feel good I absolutely recommend it

26/01/2025: I can't rate the rooms, I just had lunch. The restaurant is beautiful and elegant, privacy is also good with tables not very close together. The cuisine is refined and not banal. The mini fried gnocchi brought with a drink and the biscuits brought with coffee are excellent in taste and idea.

27/02/2025: A peculiar place a few steps from Pisa, and a discovery when it comes to pasta. We tried the Ravioli Funghi and the Amatriciana pasta and without a doubt the best pasta we have ever tried. The chef presents dishes that achieve an impressive flavor with few ingredients.

18/12/2024: Small ice cream shop located in the historic center of Genoa. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Excellent ice cream with very particular flavors such as pink pepper, rosemary and amaretti, sage and lemon. Fair prices.

21/12/2024: On the way back from Vernona to Manerba we happened to stop at the Osteria H2O. As a starter we received a wonderful greeting from the kitchen: among other things, very good, homemade bread and wonderful olive oil. My wife and I had the Maccharoni all Amitriciana. Fantastic! We will definitely come back.

Given the completely gluten-free menu, it removes any type of anxiety if you are celiac... since I am not personally celiac, I can only say that the dishes are very good, with no perceptible difference with the gluten-free counterpart. The bread is unparalleled and the barbecue is perhaps one of the best I have ever eaten. All this with prices in line with what other restaurants offer, no extra charge for gluten free.

03/02/2025: Nice little place located on the hills before Dovadola, from the tavern you have a remarkable view of the valley! The first courses were excellent, even though they are gluten-free you can hardly notice the difference, it is a great advantage, in Romagna it is difficult to find a place for celiacs whose quality is excellent!! There were two of us and we ordered two cappelletti, one with normal ragù and one with wild boar ragù The cappelletti are excellent, shame about the portion, a little small For the second course we took a portion of mutton, the meat was not very tender.. and the portion was small too, but the baked potatoes were excellent! Groceries, water and a glass of wine, €35 each A few euros too much given the portions, partially satisfied I must say...
