As locals, we're big fans of this restaurant. Saskia's is a family business run by a mother, daughter, and son, and it's very well and warmly managed. The restaurant is refreshingly free of any unnecessary touristy frills that only serve to inflate prices. The food has been consistently excellent for years, and they offer not only pizza but also a wide selection of other dishes. The tiramisu is legendary, and I highly recommend it to everyone. We love Saskia's.

One of the best restaurants in Ortisei! We kept coming back every day of our trip. Food is delicious and staff is extremely kind! I cannot recommend this place enough 🌟

08/06/2026: We often stop at this rustic alpine hut during our hikes in the Salten region. The food and drinks are very good and relatively inexpensive. Just sitting there and relaxing with a cold drink is a little treat. We always enjoy coming back.
