02/11/2025: Thank you for our stay! Although it was a last few days before complete season closure we had a wonderful experience! Food is great, rooms are perfect! Very easy parking and beautiful seaside! One small improvement points: pls try to offer memory foam and/or ergonomic pillow options. Unfortunately I got bad neck hurtings from the pillows🙈 All in all we had a wonderful time! Thank you!🥳😍

27/10/2025: Great resort! We stayed there as a family. We were kindly upgraded to a 4-bed room (off-season). The beach is great. The sea is turquoise/azure. We saw lots of fish. The food was good. The staff is very friendly. We were able to book a tennis court during the off-season without any waiting time. We will definitely visit again. Side note: Tropea is only a 15-minute drive away.

30/11/2025: We highly recommend it for the cuts of meat, which are truly excellent and perfectly cooked. The pizzas and appetizers are also very good. In fact, some photos are recent, others are less so, as I want to reiterate my review and the fact that we enjoyed our stay at this pizzeria/grill. The prices are always reasonable, and the staff is always polite and prompt. The location is small but very well-kept.

24/11/2025: Service a bit slow. The meat was overcooked, and I wouldn't call it arrosticini. Price was over €30.00 per person.

23/11/2025: I happened to be staying in the apartment across the street, and enjoyed a delicious meal at home. Chef! You're the best. One of my family members was sick and couldn't go out to eat, so we were able to recreate a high-class restaurant experience in our apartment. It was delicious! Thank you so much, Chef. The next day, I was feeling a little better, so we ate at the restaurant. Everything was delicious, and the next time I'm in Milan, I'd like to relax with a glass of wine, enjoy some delicious food, and spend a fun time with my energetic family.

08/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, found by chance. They seated us and treated us with kindness and attention, even though it was almost 3:00 PM. The menu was varied; everything we tried was very good and well-cooked (even the grilled vegetables were very flavorful). The restaurant is welcoming, clean, and new, with a beautiful view of the small village. P.S. Anna and Salvo, two truly kind and attentive waiters! Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

12/10/2025: A delicious discovery by chance. It deserves 5 stars overall. Kudos to the food, the beautiful location, and the extremely friendly service. Since I'm allergic to almonds, they kindly offered me a slice of their homemade pastiera, which was spectacular. Above all, it's important to emphasize that this isn't a touristy place. And the view...well, it speaks for itself. Kudos to the management.

23/12/2025: Piazza Ducale is the most beautiful place in the city of Vigevano. During the summer, restaurant owners set up their outdoor seating, while in the winter the square is free, making it appear even more spacious and beautiful. There are several entrances to the square, all of which create a spectacular entrance. The square is home to several businesses, both restaurants and gift shops. I recommend a visit!

20/12/2025: For the first time, I was able to see the entire square and castle complex open to the public. These monuments, of course, need no introduction and are even more beautiful during the Christmas season. I particularly appreciated the covered street's underground passage, which I had never seen before. I promised myself I'd return to climb the Bramante Tower, which offers a spectacular view.

The restaurant takes its name from the area of ​​eastern Naples where it is located and is closely linked to a historical figure and an important fortification of the city. In fact, the name "Vigliena" derives from the noble title of Juan Manuel Fernández Pacheco y Zúñiga, Marquis of Villena, who was the last viceroy of Spanish Naples, in office from 1702 to 1707. The viceroy commissioned the construction of a fortification to defend the city's port and the eastern coast, building the fort of the same name around 1706. The importance of the Vigliena Fort meant that the name "Vigliena" was extended to identify the entire coastal area and the beach in front of it, which today is part of the San Giovanni a Teduccio neighborhood of Naples, an autonomous municipality until 1925. The Vigliena Fort is famous for being the scene of a crucial event during the Neapolitan Revolution of 1799: on June 13, the fort was besieged by Sanfedista troops led by Cardinal Ruffo, who were fighting against supporters of the newly formed Republic. Parthenopean. The Republicans, surrounded and with no hope of escape, decided not to surrender. Rather than fall into enemy hands, they detonated the fort's magazine and gunpowder, causing a tremendous explosion that engulfed them and part of the besiegers.
