13/08/2025: The food was good, what I could eat! I regret not having eaten the rest of the order because I'm sure it would have been good too, but after waiting more than 40 minutes for my first course, I realized they'd forgotten, so I had an appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses and a bowl of chickpeas. The location needs improvement! The service was kind, from the waiter and the owner, but that's not enough. You also need to deliver good service, and that's what's missing in my one experience, both due to the timing and the oversights. It's a shame because the cooked dishes are otherwise good.

13/08/2025: We don't know if we happened to be there on a bad night, but the staff was very agitated. That said, we expected excellent food based on the reviews, but that wasn't the case. Long story short, the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms tasted like a Mexican dish because of how spicy they were (since when does spicy go into a dish like that?) and then the pappardelle with wild boar, which, well, maybe the sauce was Barilla, and the tagliatelle were definitely not Barilla, but rather off-brand, I swear... and already pre-cooked. The Angus steak was the second course... it would have been... but we didn't have the chance to try it because we got up after a 40-minute wait. The reward of the evening (not as excellent culinary-wise as we understood it to be) were the local ladies outside enjoying the night, wonderful 🥰👋🏼

27/07/2025: We had a delicious pizza dinner with friends—there were 8 of us, 2 small children, and two dogs. The atmosphere was welcoming, with friendly staff who were very attentive and helpful with both the children and the two dogs, which is not to be taken for granted!

The setting is very romantic, the service was fast and excellent, and we had a wonderful time overall. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly great meal!

05/08/2025: Terrible experience. Paid 90 euros plus 12% service (the empty plates sat in front of us for ages) with a non-fiscal receipt. The fillet steak was decent, but the Greek salad was unspeakable (roughly chopped iceberg lettuce, poor-quality green olives, two slices of cucumber, and overall a ridiculous amount for 16 euros). No draft wine available, only glasses starting at 7 euros. I think the fundamental mistake was my own, having ended up in a tourist restaurant.

15/07/2025: We came to this restaurant after reading the reviews, so we trusted it. As soon as we sat down, we ordered drinks, starting with the wine, which was warm and slightly acidic when served. For those who ordered beer, they only had the "Breva dei Monaci," which the person who ordered it didn't like, so we asked for another drink. As soon as the waitress saw that we didn't like the beer, she rudely said, "You don't like wine, nor beer either. I think you have some problems..." We should have gotten up and left, but we had also ordered, so out of respect, we decided to stay. We received the strangozzi with truffles, which were slightly overcooked and also sweet, while the Norcia sausage, being in NORCIA, wasn't the best because we've had better nearby. On the charcuterie board, the salami still had the skin on it, the rest of the charcuterie was passable, and the cheese board with jams was nothing special. I WOULD NOT RETURN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

It was so good we came back the next night. Maria , Giovanni and their daughter looked after us so well. It was excellent value for money, We will definitely return when we are next in the area. The waitress. Friendly, lively, and attentive without being intrusive. I highly recommend the burgers, which, despite being large, surprised me because they were well cooked. The desserts are really good and have a wide selection. The service is also excellent.
