29/05/2025: Great restaurant in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of San Marco. The service is excellent, in French, Italian, and English! Authentic and excellent cuisine, remember to book in advance to be sure of a table. Don't hesitate.

27/05/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant twice. The first night we didn't have a reservation, but we were treated very hospitably and the service was excellent. Many thanks to the restaurant staff! The dinner was magnificent - the lasagne was incredibly tasty, the ravioli were wonderful and the Lugana wine was excellent! We immediately reserved a table for the next night. The second dinner at this restaurant was also excellent! Delicious seafood with Bucintoro spaghetti! Very delicate Tiramisu dessert! Thank you for the gastronomic pleasure and excellent service! We will definitely come back!

09/05/2025: Pleasant place, refined food and excellent hospitality. You wait a little if there are a lot of people, but then they spoil you with welcome tastings. Even at the end with coffee, biscuits and tasty sweets. The first one I took, based on fish, was a little too salty. But I appreciate the chef's willingness to do it again and apologize. Only those who work, even well, can make mistakes.

18/06/2025: My recent experience at Excalibur in Belluno was simply impeccable. The highlight of the evening? The spicy ribs: a true symphony of flavors. Perfectly cooked, meat that comes off the bone with disarming ease and a consistency that literally melts in your mouth. A preparation that speaks of technique, attention and passion. The place strikes you right from the entrance: large, well-kept, with a welcoming atmosphere and that "medieval" touch that makes it one of a kind. Ideal for a dinner with friends, an evening with a partner or a convivial moment with the family. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and always present without ever being intrusive. The menu selection was also excellent: rich, varied, with options ranging from meat, pizza and burgers, all served in generous portions and well presented. The quality-price ratio? More than honest, especially considering the quality of the service and the raw materials. A special applause to the management, which shows attention to both detail and customer satisfaction. The empty plate speaks for itself. Bottom line: Excalibur is not just a restaurant, it's an experience. The ribs? A real sword thrust into the heart of taste. I will definitely be back.

01/06/2025: We stopped for dinner, we found the fixed evening menu and it was really excellent, really fast and very friendly service, dishes with correct compositions and the possibility of having seconds, really complete fixed menu, very filling, honest prices for what we ate, if I were to return to the area I would gladly return. (The photos were taken almost at the end of the course)..

04/05/2025: You cannot help wanting to come back to La Luge. Addiction guaranteed! We were greeted with Prosecco and an amuse-bouche, very good. The Antipasti prepare a culinary delight. We had Egg cooked at 65° with Alpine Fontina fondue and Grilled octopus tentacles with white chocolate potato cream and slightly spicy turnip tops. Both outstanding. We skipped the Primi, to allow room for the desserts. The Secondi included Black Angus cheek and orange-glazed duck breast, both perfectly tender and full of juices. Finishing with a Pavlova and a tasting of 7 local cheeses. All thoroughly accompanied by a Guidalberto 2017, wonderful. And the best part: lovely hosts making you feel welcome and at home. Am absolute must if you are in Breuil-Cervinia!

29/04/2025: Lunch at the restaurant La Luge was excellent. The focaccia bread, home made bread sticks, the pane carasau , the wine from the Aosta Valley. The  risotto with fresh sausageis delicious.Stefania and Andrea are excellent hosts and the it was a beautiful day to sit outside and enjoy the fantastic kitchen at La Luge. Please call before going and make a reservation you will be pleasantly surprised with the best specialties from Sardinia and the local cusine.

11/06/2025: Terrible customer service. Came with a broken arm in a sling (very obvious) and they would not let me sit down. Told me I must go to the counter to order. Pointed to the menu. So I try to understand the menu. After several minutes of struggling with one hand to get the menu translated through ChatGPT so that I can understand it, I find soups I like. Guess what? They don't have soups today. And its not like they were busy - completely empty. Going to a place where I can at least sit. *** Dear sir, it takes three minutes to show some human kindness and invite someone with a broken arm to sit down and explain the menu. I am surprised you decided to instead take the time to reply to my review that only describes the facts.

14/06/2025: A dinner in a welcoming environment without having booked..... ended up here by chance, with the humid heat that could be felt outside, entering we felt pleasure...... Curiosity made us wait a little longer even if it was the right time to know what to choose from the menu.... I can't tell you the face of my wife when she saw that the fish wasn't even a touch present on the menu🫣 The nice thing however is that in the end ... between appetizer and grilled vegetables she came out well too🥳 The undersigned in addition to helping .Ollie enjoyed the low temperature cooked suckling pig. The rosé that accompanied us in the truly exceptional dinner. Thanks to the staff.

08/06/2025: For our last gastronomic investigation, Watson and I move to Cuggiono where on the banks of the Ticino and inside the park of the same name is the restaurant of the Salis twins: the place is worth a visit for the beauty of the surrounding nature; a nature trail also starts from here. The place is of a certain importance and well-kept. We are welcomed by a large number of young waiters, one of whom accompanies us to our table, booked in advance and already supplied with 2 entrées: a bavarois with rocket and sweet and sour Tropea onions. We decide on the tasting menu that offers us numerous courses of appetizers including cold cuts, fried gnocchi, veal with tuna sauce, courgette flowers, Venere rice with vegetables, etc. For the first course, creamed cheese risotto and beetroot crepes. Roast suckling pig with potatoes is the king of the second course while a melon semifreddo and a coffee conclude the evening. With 2 bottles of mineral water and one of Carmignano del Sulcis 2024 Tre torri from the Santadi winery we spend (unbelievable, but true) € 50 per person. The only flaw of the place is that it is also appreciated by families with small children (who certainly feel at ease given the beautiful garden) and therefore it is understandably a bit noisy. A warning to couples with children: Ticino is just a stone's throw away, maximum attention! In any case, a place to try also for the generosity of the portions.

09/05/2025: Esperienza eccellente! Fin dal primo momento mi sono sentita accolta con professionalità e gentilezza. Il personale è stato attento ad ogni dettaglio. La qualità del servizio è altissima, ma il vero protagonista è il cibo: piatti curati, materie prime eccellenti e sapori equilibrati che raccontano passione e competenza. Sicuramente tornerò e lo consiglierò a chiunque cerchi il meglio. Complimenti davvero!
