Three of us had dinner here. It's a family-friendly atmosphere, with recommendations for the daily specials or a menu selection. The wine list is excellent. The food is excellent and plentiful, better than many restaurants that save on 10g of pasta. The desserts are delicious! But above all, they make you feel good. You know, the kind of restaurant where they know you, where you're a customer for years, and then you become friends? They gave me that same feeling, even though it was our first time there. Thanks, if I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back!

We were there with my family for the first time and the experience was superb... fresh fish, excellent Sicilian cuisine... attentive, friendly and cheerful service like being among friends. I hope to be able to return soon.. thank you ♥️🫶

The best food I had in Sicily! I had the Tagliatelle Siciliane and a big salad. The pasta was excellent and the salad so fresh! The staff was very helpful explaining the dishes to our party, smiling and friendly - made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

This is the best restaurant I have eaten at in Europe. That is a big claim, but I can genuinely stand by it. I’ve eaten across the full stretch of Europe, from the UK all the way to Turkey, and NOTHING has come close to this place. The first time I came here was 10 years ago, and coming back now felt almost unreal because the menu is still the same and somehow still just as good. In fact, this has beaten every Italian restaurant I’ve eaten in, across different regions of Italy. The seafood here is on another level. Everything is incredibly fresh, sweet, and juicy, and the tomato-based dishes are unforgettable. The veal escalope is ridiculous, the risotto is excellent, and every single dish just delivers. 100% there’s not gonna be a dish here you will not like (unless you don’t have tastebuds or something 🤣). At one point the food was so good I stopped caring about manners and was just eating the seafood with my hands to get every last bit 😭💕 The desserts are just as strong. I fell in love with tiramisu here the first time I came, and it still holds up completely. Service is surprisingly fast, and Lisetta, the owner, is one of the most charming and genuinely sweet people you will ever meet. 🥺💕 I ate here EVERY night we were in Ortigia. It feels like a PILGRIMAGE we have to make to this restaurant. There are restaurants with fancier setups or better views, but if I could only return to one restaurant in Europe, it would be this one!!!

Amazing food. Pasta with seafood was delicious and generous. Fried calamari was absolutely amazing. Milanese was exceptional too. Highly recommend this local trattoria.

Everything was wonderful! Friendly atmosphere. Very nice hostess. Delicious food. Nice weather😁👌. If you think the fish soup is expensive, look at the photo. It's delicious and the portion is huge.

Compliments to Lisetta for today's lunch, fresh raw and cooked seafood. The pasta was excellent, both in terms of cooking and seasoning. The owners were friendly and kind, making you feel at home.

Today, this restaurant was recommended to us, and we had a wonderful meal. The dishes were authentic, with generous portions and authentic flavors, just like they used to be. The pasta was amazing, and the meat was incredibly tender. But the real highlight was Mrs. Lisetta, who welcomed us with a smile, gave us excellent advice on the food selection, and made us feel right at home. You can tell she puts her heart and soul into what she does. We'll be back soon, and we highly recommend it. TODAY'S 4 GIRLS FOR LUNCH!
