19/01/2025: Lovely, welcoming and familiar place. The small room set up in the cave at the back of the room is wonderful. The claim "simply homemade" is very apt: every meal is an experience made genuine by characteristic flavors and a cuisine that truly seems like that of "our grandmothers". A note of thanks also to the staff, always kind, efficient and fast. The owners are also delightful people, always available and attentive to the needs of each customer. Unmissable!

19/01/2025: Locale delizioso, accogliente e familiare. Meravigliosa la piccola sala allestita nella grotta in fondo al locale. Il claim "semplicemente fatto in casa" è quanto mai azzeccato: ogni pasto è un'esperienza resa genuina da sapori caratteristici e da una cucina che sembra davvero quella "delle nostre nonne". Una nota di merito anche al personale, sempre gentile, efficiente e veloce. Persone squisite anche i titolari, sempre disponibili e attenti alle esigenze di ogni cliente. Imperdibili!

15/02/2025: We went to this restaurant last night on the recommendation of a colleague. I must say a discovery from all points of view. The excellent welcome from Franco, an experienced owner with a clear passion for what he does, who makes you feel at home....the very kind waiters.... thanks to Massimo who served us with care and professionalism, advising us and meeting our needs. But let's move on to food. Delicious scallop gnocchi and ravioli with top lobster. Grilled food worthy of note and fried food excellent and not greasy at all. Mascarpone with sublime dark chocolate flakes. We paid the right price for the quality of the food and the service. We will certainly return. I dare say that we need more people like them to manage the premises because, sometimes, the service really makes the difference. Thank you "grandfather Socrates".

19/01/2025: Nel cuore della nostra città si trova un luogo che è molto più di un semplice locale: una fioreria, un cocktail bar e una caffetteria tutto in uno. Il personale è davvero in gamba: affabile, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Non capita spesso di trovare un servizio così impeccabile, dove ogni richiesta viene accolta con un sorriso e grande professionalità. Come persona vegan, ho particolarmente apprezzato le numerose proposte dedicate. È raro trovare un locale che offra opzioni tanto varie quanto gustose, senza mai scendere a compromessi sulla qualità. La cucina è perfettamente in linea con le mie aspettative: fresca, curata e ricca di sapori autentici. Ma ciò che rende questo posto davvero unico è il connubio con i fiori. È affascinante osservare i ragazzi all’opera, intenti a creare composizioni floreali mentre si sorseggia un caffè o un cocktail. L’atmosfera che si respira è rilassante, accogliente e incredibilmente originale. Un locale che consiglio senza esitazione a chiunque cerchi un angolo di bellezza e bontà nella nostra città. Un luogo che sa come prendersi cura delle persone, dentro e fuori.

01/01/2025: Abbiamo trascorso l'ultimo dell'anno in questo ristorante e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dal buon cibo, l'ottimo intrattenimento musicale, servizio eccellente, personale cortese e gentile. Tutto si è svolto in tempistiche perfette, alla mezzanotte abbiamo brindato e ballato. La location poi è molto suggestiva, ottimo anche per matrimoni ed eventi. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo in altre occasioni e complimenti.

15/12/2024: Reading the previous reviews, I think that in my case perhaps something didn't work. Upon arrival, a dream location, really beautiful but.... the first problem immediately aperitif/starter outdoors on the porch in December with rain... no stove or anything else to heat the environment. In addition to freezing the guests, the dishes also cooled immediately. For the rest, a plentiful and well-stocked starter, with excellent raw fish. We move inside to start lunch and here too there are countless errors.... tables for 8 people where the guests were not served simultaneously, while one finished eating the others still had to be served.... at the same table it is inconceivable. Furthermore, the last to be served received cold dishes or in some cases we had to point out that they had forgotten to serve a person. The organization should probably be reviewed. Lastly, the waitress who served my table on several occasions, to clear the table, elbowed her way in with people. Inconceivable, I understand there was a bit of chaos, but you wait and ask permission. For the rest, I don't judge the type of food because everyone asks for the menu they prefer, but it's also difficult to appreciate a plate of pasta served cold.

06/02/2025: Good morning, I wanted to share my experience in this place. I met Riccardo at a football match by chance, together with my son, I immediately noticed the wonderful person in front of me. He told me about his restaurant, I promised him that I would definitely go and visit him. I took a walk in Caprarola and went to visit him, well I tell you that it is a wonderful place, kind staff and maximum competence, it feels like at home, a truly fantastic experience, excellent quality, low prices compared to the product which is of an absolute level. Congratulations to Riccardo and his staff, I will be back to visit you soon.

03/02/2025: Unfortunately we didn't have a good time, starting from The list of wines which in a modern restaurant should be a little wider, we didn't like the first ones, all very dry without oil, cork or cream as you prefer...even the suckling pig was dry, without a drizzle of sauce roast. Tender but not very wild boar. The hazelnut cake and chestnuts are excellent Rum… but unfortunately we didn't go for dessert. High prices. A little impersonal place. The fireplace is cute.

14/01/2025: From the first moment we arrived at the Belagaggio farmhouse we understood that it was the perfect place for our wedding. Then when we started talking to Giorgio we no longer had any doubts. It is a truly magical place, nestled in the hills between the Val d'Orcia and the Valdichiana, extremely well looked after down to the smallest detail. Giorgio and his family have always been available to satisfy us on everything, with a kindness and honesty that is really difficult to find nowadays, especially in the wedding organization sector. The rooms are tidy and spotless, the food is quality and delicious. Our guests were thrilled with everything. The event was perfect from every point of view and certainly left an indelible memory in everyone's hearts. I can only recommend the farmhouse, not only to celebrate an event but also just to stay. Thanks to Giorgio and his family for giving us the best day of our lives!

05/01/2025: We chose Masseria Torrepietra for our wedding on October 19th - to say that everything was absolutely perfect would be an understatement. The location is enchanting and easily accessible - the well-kept greenery and the living stone of the structure make it truly a magical place. What about the quality of the food served? Everything was impeccable and beyond all expectations. Between this and the numerous, comfortable rooms with which the structure is equipped, our guests (who came from all over Italy and also from abroad) were very happy and satisfied. An honorable mention goes to the director Dino, extremely professional, welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful; to Giuseppe, Camilla and Nicola who were simply unique in accommodating our requests and helping to create wonderful memories for our special day; to all the Torrepietra staff for always being kind, thoughtful, on point and warm in making us, the spouses and all the guests, feel more than at home. We will certainly continue to choose Masseria Torrepietra for all our special events and beyond: we are now tied to this magical place with our hearts, by a double thread. Simply exceptional. 19/01/2025: Cute little gem of a wine bar in a quieter neighbourhood of Venice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and wine were excellent, however the tagliere misto was quite pricey compared to other enotecas in the city. Would definitely return!
