First time in Sardinia, first Sardinian restaurant for me! Simply excellent, exquisite, true! I tried the tasting menu for two at lunch. I'm writing this while I eat because all the dishes are a feast for my palate. Everything is excellent! Everything is top-notch. Enough, I'll keep eating, but try it!

Welcoming atmosphere, hospitable and welcoming owners. Excellent traditional dishes, tripe and chickpeas Orgolese style, macaroni lados, pane frattau, and sebadas. We'll definitely be back.

Dinner for two without a reservation, greeted with great kindness. The appetizers were delicious; I recommend the broad beans with pancetta. The first courses were equally delicious in their simplicity. An excellent inn in the center of Nuoro with quality food and friendly, helpful staff. Recommended!

In a world of fake trattorias—because it's "chic" these days—here's a real one! A pleasant and refined atmosphere with classic checked tablecloths, enhanced by an elegant ecru table runner. From the menu, which I appreciated for its moderate selection, we ordered: - exquisite meat and eggplant meatballs - a foray into Piedmont with tongue in a green sauce - mixed grill - excellent low-temperature cooked guinea fowl breast - The Smeraldina mineral water in a glass bottle was lovely. It was very pleasant to chat with the owner, affable and chatty. Very fair prices. Recommended!

During our work stay, we happened upon the restaurant with a colleague. We were warmly welcomed and served carefully prepared, excellent quality dishes. It's a shame they were closed every other evening, because I would have happily dined there every night.

10/06/2026: A fantastic, traditional little restaurant with excellent service. Allergies and special requests were kindly accommodated. And so far, the best value for money.
09/06/2026: Recommended by friends, and we can confirm that the food is truly delicious. It's a small place with just a few tables, so it's best to book a few days in advance. The lady welcomed us very warmly and kindly, showing us to a table on the veranda. We ate an appetizer for two, then moved on to the main courses and finished with dessert. Everything was delicious. The service was quick and impeccable...we'll definitely be back.

29/01/2026: I stopped by chance for lunch after a business meeting. The place was very nice and welcoming, and the staff was very kind and helpful. I had a burger from the menu, recommended by the waitress/bartender, and I must say she gave me a very good recommendation because it was very good. If I ever come back for work, I'll stop here and try one of the other dishes on the menu, which will surely be good. Congratulations, well worth a visit, recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
