14/09/2025: Very well-kept restaurant, excellent fixed-price menu, fair prices, very kind waitresses, and attentive service. Highly recommended.

30/08/2025: We stopped for lunch at this restaurant as we were passing through Norbello, exiting the SS131. I think it's one of the most authentic and genuine restaurants in all of Sardinia. You start with a glass of white wine (Moscato) as an aperitif, followed by an appetizer, first course, second course, cheeses, fruit, and dessert. The atmosphere is typical of a Sardinian family (at least in my experience), the quantity is plentiful (and if it's lacking, they'll bring you more), and the quality is excellent. Highly recommended, and I personally want to return as soon as I have the chance.

26/08/2025: It's a hotel with a very good location, overlooking a beautiful landscape. Dinner on the terrace is the best, not only for the view, but also for the food, which is very good. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is varied, and the service is second to none. The hospitality is excellent. In my experience, I felt right at home.

24/08/2025: A very nice, clean hotel with a wonderful view of the Marche hills. The suite was beautiful: very spacious, bright, airy, and with a stunning view. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant. The pool is small and shallow, but it's fine for a cool dip in the summer. Breakfast is decent: the homemade cakes are very good, but the variety could be increased. The hotel's location, high up, with a splendid view, is a bit inconvenient for reaching the region's attractions.

10/10/2025: Refined cuisine in every way, a vintage atmosphere, and attentive and elegant staff. Excellent wine by the glass. Perfect for romantic occasions or just to pamper yourself!

26/09/2025: For a business dinner, I was delighted to change restaurants this evening. The dishes were sophisticated and carefully crafted. The flavors amazed me. I had a crispy egg, cacio e pepe caramels, and a sorbet with Calamansi citrus. I made a great impression! Thanks to the super professional staff who explained the dishes so well.

27/09/2025: If you're passing through Roccaraso—winter after skiing or summer after a hike in the Monte Greco woods—don't miss the opportunity to have dinner (or lunch!) at Chi Chi Bio. I stumbled upon it almost by accident and had an excellent food and wine experience. Quality food, knowledgeable staff, and a reasonable wait. I highly recommend it.

23/10/2025: Very good restaurant with simple but high-quality cuisine. Less than €20 for a main course, dessert, soft drink, and coffee: a very reasonable bill. Efficient service with a smile. You have to wait a little while to get a table, but it's worth it!

The menu is customizable and offers various service options, so it's easy to adapt to your tastes and the needs of your guests. Since we already knew the place, we didn't even consider looking elsewhere. All our guests were impressed: from the quality of the food to the atmosphere, everything was appreciated. Special thanks to the family-run business, carried on with passion by the second and third generations, following the historic Gregorio. 21/07/2025: We stopped along the road and saw this restaurant that looks a bit retro! Well, I have to say we really enjoyed the quick and fast service. The portions were definitely a bit over the top, but they were uniquely delicious. The first course was potato tortelli with ragù and homemade fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. For the second course, we had a fabulous 1300g steak, fried artichokes, and chips. Dessert, wine, water, and coffee were all included. It's really true that to rediscover old habits, you have to leave the city and find these authentic places, still with families cooking and children taking orders. Thank you, Mrs. Iolanda, I hope your restaurant always stays like this!

05/11/2025: ****IF YOU WANT TO MAKE BEAUTIFUL ITALIA TRIP, RUNAWAY FROM THIS TOURIST TRAP RIGHT NOW**** If you decide to eat here, make sure to take a picture of your food and receipt. If you leave a bad review, the boss will say, 'You've never been here.' Most of the reviews in this restaurant are false reviews with fake accounts. Take a look. My wife and I had dinner here in May 2023. That night was terrible. This is due to several reasons below. 1. There was a lipstick stain on the cup we received. 2. We ordered a salad, but the fries came out. After all the menus were served, when the salad did not come out, we asked the employee, who said that fries were served instead of salad. So I asked him to take the fries back, but the employee told me to just eat it. 3. We didn't eat French fries because we didn't order them. But when we paid, the employee asked us if we would even pay for the fries.We refused to pay for the fries, and the employee's attitude got cold. 4.I left a review of this employee's attitude with 3 stars, but the owner of this restaurant left me bad words and insulting comments. I have lived in Thailand, Korea, China, Taiwan, Japan, the United States, and Mexico. However, I have never received such bad service before. Shouldn't restaurants in Europe, even Rome, of course offer better service than restaurants in these countries? I don't want anyone to have a bad experience in this restaurant anymore. Please enjoy italia trip in OTHER restaurant. Thank you.

28/09/2025: A very welcoming, family-run hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and equipped with every amenity. The property features a sauna and whirlpool, available to guests. The restaurant is excellent, serving traditional dishes made with local, seasonal ingredients.

28/09/2025: Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean, modern, and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is plentiful and excellent. We also had dinner, and everything was delicious, especially the spinach risotto, which was truly fantastic! Wide selection of wines, including local ones.

19/10/2025: Returned a few years later for a birthday, and Mattia and his staff were always the same kind. Pici with hazelnuts and cocoa were sublime, as were excellent main courses, and the snails were amazing. A quiet and relaxed atmosphere for lunch in the beech forest. Keep it up!! See you soon!

19/10/2025: One of the most beautiful discoveries of my life... Taking advantage of the beauty of autumn in the wonderful Amiata, we stopped in this idyllic place by chance. It couldn't have been a better choice!!! The entrance doormat alone had convinced me, a Hollywood-style setting. Mattia, the "host," welcomed us with a smile for an evening that will remain unforgettable. With all the calm, kindness, and verve on this planet (it's increasingly rare to find such hospitality), Mattia explained the dishes and helped us choose, accommodating even the most difficult requests. The quality of the dishes was excellent, the price truly fair. I rarely write reviews, but this place, in that context, deserves a poem!!! See you soon!

13/10/2025: The atmosphere was refined and welcoming. The food was excellent...everything was better than the last. Considering it was a beautiful Sunday in September, the place was packed, yet the service was impeccable.
