12/09/2025: Lunch in April 2024. A historic South American (and other) meat restaurant in Bergamo. The service was good, and the portions were adequate: the meat (mixed grill) and Argentinian appetizer we ordered were good, as was the wine we chose (Valcalepio).

06/09/2025: Excellent quality meat, compliments, and the location is also nothing to complain about.

29/07/2025: I went to this place because it’s walking distance from my hotel, it had good reviews and was a fish place, so a good alternative to the usual Roman restaurant. Service was impeccable, food was really nice (being honest, I gave a 4/5 because I am of the mindset that one can always improve but everything I tasted was very nice) and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The pistachio parfait was amazing! I could not ask for more. I will definitely come back!

26/07/2025: Absolutely fantastic experience at Ristorante di Pesce Chiaroscuro. The ambiance was elegant yet welcoming and the service was impeccable from start to finish. Every dish was a standout. The seafood was incredibly fresh and the attention to detail in each plate was clear. The risotto was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, but the real star was the tagliolini con calamaretti e lamelle di bottarga di muggine di Cabras. The fritto was light and crisp, not greasy at all, and both desserts, the cheesecake and tiramisù, were a pleasant surprise. Very very happy and satisfied. Will definitely be back.

28/08/2025: Impeccable service highlights the masterfully prepared dishes. The flavors are uncommon, and sometimes a chore for picky eaters, but the experience of sampling sophisticated dishes has its downside. The menu as a whole is truly unique, sophisticated, and beyond delicious. Just don't expect grandma's eggplant parmigiana... or the traditional Caprese salad. Here, the refinement, flavors, and aromas certainly go above and beyond.

09/08/2025: We dined at La Cucina last month to try the tasting menu, and we still find ourselves talking about it today. Every course was a surprise: intense yet balanced flavors, meticulously presented, and a seamless flow that accompanies you from start to finish without ever being boring. The service was attentive and discreet, with clear, never intrusive explanations. The idea of the initial snacks and the little treats at the end was also wonderful, completing the experience and leaving you with a smile. An experience of flavor and hospitality worth every minute spent at the table. We'll definitely be back, perhaps to try the new fall menu.

30/08/2025: Excellent place, very welcoming and well-kept, super wine list and truly excellent selection of meats. Attentive and always present staff. The only criticism we would make is that a rib-eye steak paid €120 (€12 per pound), which was otherwise delicious, should be weighed in front of the customer. It was still a great experience. We'll be back!

07/09/2025: NOT RECOMMENDED. Terrible experience. We sat down immediately and ordered via QR code. After ordering, we waited about 30-40 minutes for the sandwiches (the restaurant only had one table besides ours to serve first), not considering one of the sandwiches arrived about 40-50 minutes late. As if that weren't enough, halfway through the sandwich, we had to get up to politely ask if they could bring us DRINKS. (They finally arrived after we'd already eaten half the sandwich.) The sandwich was greasy, like a sponge (at least the one I ordered). Final surprise: when it came to the bill, we found a cover charge that wasn't clearly marked when ordering! PS: I'd give the service 0 stars! Positive notes: Good meat, nice location. Otherwise, not recommended!

16/09/2025: Spectacular dinner (both quality and quantity), excellent value. Rooms are very dated, but overall clean and spacious. There was a huge difference between dinner (sublime) and breakfast (meager and with little choice).

30/07/2025: I celebrated my graduation party here on July 26th. Everything was exactly as I imagined, and I especially thank Maria, who listened to my constant requests right up until the very last day and always did her best to accommodate me. The dinner was excellent, the room was meticulously decorated, and the staff was punctual and meticulous. Not to mention the breathtaking view of Naples, which made everything even more magical and unforgettable. Thank you, Villa Partenope, for allowing me to turn my ideas into reality.

The richest fish menu is truly a fantastic journey, appetizers and first courses are truly mouth-watering as are the grilled and fried fish, all very fresh! 23/08/2025: Everything was excellent!!! The quality of the ingredients was superb, the dough was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The combinations were unusual and well thought out! We'd definitely go back! The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't enough to maintain a comfortable temperature.

04/09/2025: Good food, bad experience with the service. I'd asked for a pasta dish from the kids' menu since I wasn't very hungry and had been quite clear about wanting the children's portion even though I'm older. The dish arrived and looked like an adult portion, so I asked one of the waiters if it was the portion I'd asked for (for CHILDREN). She replied that she'd mistakenly given me the adult portion. She then told me to eat what I wanted and not to worry. I ate half the dish. Another waitress brought us the bill, which listed the price of the adult portion. I repeated that I'd asked for the portion that cost three euros less and left half the dish. The waitress rudely told me that that was the price on the bill and that if I didn't agree, she'd add the €3 from her wallet. I told her not to worry. When she brought us the change, I told her to be more careful when taking orders. Before I even finished my sentence, she opened her wallet and slapped the €3 on the table. Very rude. Mistakes can happen everywhere, but the way she "solved" them was completely out of place.

03/09/2025: Truly delicious and beautifully prepared. Once you sit down, time almost becomes irrelevant. The price is also good.
