Here you will never eat, I believe and hope, something raw. Tagliatelle, grilled meat, local wine, typical desserts. A good coffee and to finish grappa or limoncino. Affordable prices...

21/06/2025: Very good restaurant with Roman cuisine, aesthetic, well-air-conditioned interior, efficient service and very tasty dishes and drinks. Everything we ordered (starters, salads, main courses) was significantly above average, I remember the spaghetti with seafood to this day. I definitely recommend it.

03/07/2025: Wij wilden op onze laatste avond in Marsciano graag een leuk etentje hebben samen. De keuze viel op Mattta. Het eten was prima. De secondi, waren heel erg karig en niet lekker. Zie foto’s. De bediening was erg onvriendelijk. De ‘oudere’ vrouw was gemeen en ongeduldig! Wij hebben daarom niet kunnen genieten van ons dinertje…

06/07/2025: I had dinner at Bagatto last night, expectations were really high but during and after dinner great disappointment. I ordered: - melon and shrimp salad, unfortunately the shrimp were missing except for a few tiny pieces that did not justify the price; - tuna with caramelized onions and pistachios, the tuna was overcooked and the flavor of the onions (too many) dominated the dish. Bread and three pieces of focaccia were not fresh. I thought about giving up dessert. Too bad!

06/07/2025: We had lunch with friends. The tagliolini neri with local cuttlefish were very good (they melted in your mouth) as well as the trofie with pesto. Normal prices. Recommended

25/06/2025: Che dire di più? Al Remolinonper la festa di nozze di mio figlio e da oggi mia nuora, tutto perfetto. Dalla condivisione del menù qualche mese fa, al pranzo di oggi. Accoglienza, disponibilità, cortesia, cura e bontà del cibo accompagnato da un buon bicchiere. Uno staff al top! Il tutto senza pesare sul conto finale (cosa non da poco visto che c'è chi se approfitta trattandosi di un evento). Un doveroso applauso e grazie!

02/07/2025: In addition to the usual sandwich, here I ate a crispy bread on the outside and soft on the inside filled with succulent, tender and tasty meat accompanied with a bit of caramelized onion. The result is a nice tasty sandwich different from all the ones I have tried so far. The place is minimalist, but to enjoy the sandwich it is more than good.

15/06/2025: Very good sandwich (I would have eaten another one) while the place needs to be reviewed (minimal and a bit sad). Quick service. Kind and welcoming staff.

02/07/2025: We are now regular customers of this fantastic place, seasonal menu, with excellent quality and well-prepared products! Beer is out of the question, as it was one of the first brewpubs in Italy, with a wide selection of self-produced craft beer of excellent quality! The staff is always attentive and kind, the place is large both inside and outside, excellent for both summer and winter ... what can I say, come and try it!

05/04/2025: A nice little place where you can eat really well and with an excellent quality/price ratio. The service is fast and the staff is very kind; the location is a little out of the way for those who are not local but it is a very nice place. Inside a little small but very intimate. Experience to be repeated. Highly recommended

26/03/2025: We were there for lunch (they were very kind since it was past 2pm telling us that we could have lunch without problems) the food was very good, portions just right to fill you up without exaggerating. Value for money in the norm.

04/06/2025: A small but very pretty place. Silvana with her kindness and amiability explains the dishes cooked with passion and love with a tasty flavor in their simplicity. A dinner, a different place for an evening to repeat for sure. But why not also try a cooking class??? It's already in my mind!! Thanks Silvana ;-)

21/07/2025: I ordered raw prawns and scampi, but they weren't gutted. I also ordered imperial risotto with raw prawns, which were also not gutted. I pointed this out to the staff, who, apart from apologizing, did nothing to compensate. I'd say the basics are missing, so I strongly advise against it.

19/07/2025: Mixed feelings about Remè, which had come highly recommended. The cocktails and starters were very good, but the pasta dishes were unfortunately far too salty. Furthermore, a mistake in the order forced us to eat at a later time, which somewhat spoiled the experience. At the checkout, another surprise: the prices charged didn't match those displayed on the menu (€15 for the "Del Re" carbonara instead of €14, €11 for the mussels au gratin instead of €10). It's not so much the price difference that bothers us, but the impression of a lack of rigor that detracts from the overall experience. Moreover, it would be good to see the bill before paying to spot this type of error... In short, despite the promising cuisine, we wouldn't recommend the establishment as it stands. Other establishments are much better in the same price range!
