We went to this place specifically after reading the reviews. The pasta was good, the lasagna was okay, but the tiramisu was a complete letdown: dry biscuits inside, chocolate chips on top. Perhaps we were just unlucky. The limoncello was brought at the end of the meal, a compliment, but it tasted more like chemicals than homemade. The service and atmosphere were pleasant.

We came during a heat wave. The distilled water was the coldest we’ve had in Rome, which was very refreshing. The Margherita pizza was very good. The crust was thin, crunchy around the edges and just thick enough to hold up. The sauce tasted fresh and it was well seasoned. We were sharing so they pre-split the pizza onto 2 plates. We finished the meal with a strawberry panna cotta. The custard was firm, having been molded, and slightly sweet. The strawberries were fresh and the dessert was generously topped with a sweet, strawberry sauce.

We only had drinks, and that was fine. Olives and chips were served as an aperitif. The rosé was also good. The interior of the restaurant is rather run-down.

We were there as a couple and we really enjoyed it. Outside, you sit right on the square with a view of the fountains. The atmosphere was lovely, and you could easily spend a lot of time there. The staff was very attentive.

The Greek salad wasn’t that good but everything else was great. The prices are alright since we’re on the piazza, and I wouldn’t call this place a tourist trap.

14/07/2026: My husband and I ate lunch last Saturday, July 11, 2026. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were kind and attentive. The food was very good: delicious appetizers, excellent arrosticini, and very satisfying first courses. We'll be back soon!
27/06/2026: We came here for an impromptu lunch. We showed up a little late, but the owner was very kind and served us anyway. He even gave us a complimentary Abruzzo appetizer, which was very welcome. Then we had amatriciana and cacio e pepe, followed by some homemade mutton arrosticini... Spectacular! Delicious food, and the atmosphere was friendly and pleasant. We also enjoyed the 80s music on the radio! Thank you, we'll definitely be back to try other dishes!
