A small but very nice place. The tables are clean, and each one has containers with napkins and hand sanitizer. I had the pulled pork sandwich, with fries and a drink. The fries are fried differently than at other restaurants, and I must say I really enjoyed them. The pulled pork sandwich isn't their signature sandwich, as it's the one with the Maremma burger, but I found it good. The only complaint about the pulled pork is that it was a little dry, but despite that, it's still a good sandwich. They also have lemon wipes, which were very useful for me because I had BBQ sauce all over my hands, and the napkins wouldn't remove it. Their wipes, unlike others, didn't leave my hands greasy or sticky. All in all, I had a really good experience, and the quality/price ratio is perfect. I'll definitely be back to try the ones with the Maremma burger.

This review is for all you travelers from the United States wondering if you should buy a hamburger in Milan. If its a Billis Burger? you should, trust me. We're from Seattle and the burgers at Billis were as good as anything, or better, than any burger we've had in the US. I'll address the obvious question: why travel to Milan for two days and have burgers not once but twice? Fair question. Answer: we've been in Italy for a week and we are Italian food swamped. Only so much spaghetti, pizza, calzone, etc you can eat before you want something a bit different. Plus it was fast and reasonably priced, and we could take it to our room to eat. We'd been on our feet for days in Lake Como and Venice and now Milan...and we didn't want to go to another cafe, trattoria, etc. We just wanted to chill. Ok now for the food: -buns. homemade by them, incredibile -meat. grown by them in Tuscany. High quality -prices? very reasonable $10 for a nice burger I'd say was about 1/3 lb cooked -Fries. large portions, excellent. Crisp. I had the Cowboy burger, twice. I devoured both. My wife had the Cowboy and the Tasty, and she LOVED both. Very fast and polite, friendly service. I can't say I'd fly from Seattle to Milan ONLY for a Billis Burger, but if I'm in Milan again? I will definitely be back!

Great burgers, kind staff, and a perfect location! The buns and caramelized onions are a must-try. Everything was fresh and the service was wonderful. We’ll be back definitely!

I have to say I had a great time, both the sandwiches and the fries. The staff is super helpful, especially Melo, who is very kind. I highly recommend Billis.

First of all, they're very kind. Although the place is a bit cramped, the staff really makes you feel at home. I highly recommend their fried chicken, probably even better than the burger, which was more than respectable anyway. I'm not sure I'm a fan of the fries because they were very fried, but the fried food was definitely better quality than the typical McDonald's, and some people will probably like it. The menu also offers a decent selection, so I'll probably be back to try the rest.

The staff is incredibly friendly, the meat is delicious, and the Doric capital is exceptional. What can I say? The meat comes from the Maremma region, as the signs on the premises suggest. And at the end, if you're friendly, there's a little surprise!
