17/06/2025: My review is not necessary given the amount of positive feedback, but I feel I have to praise them. I have been in the area for work for a few weeks and I can say that it is the best pizza I have tried here. It is located a little out of the way of the nightlife, but trust me, it is absolutely worth it!!!

11/07/2025: Wedding anniversary, organized at the last minute, a sensational evening in every way. Excellent staff, super-well-maintained venue, and... The dishes... What can I say... Excellent or excellent is limiting. Every preparation by the chef brought back aromas and sensations of places far and near. Every bite was an explosion of flashbacks. Beautiful place. We were pampered all evening. Well done, well done, well done.

09/07/2025: Well... what the hell am I saying? We're in Serie A here: whatever you order is an experience. We went a few years ago for a tasting menu and a pre-dinner cocktail. I'll be back as soon as I can.

20/06/2025: Che dire…il cibo è ottimo e il titolare è gentile, simpatico e accogliente. Abbiamo pranzato più volte e tutto è al top. Pane cunzato eccezionale, tonno superlativo e granite fantastiche. Lo trovate a Lido Burrone o a Cala Rossa ma se siete a Favignana andateci, è come trovare un amico che non si vedeva da tempo e vi assicuro mangerete molto bene. Grazie Franco …. 07/07/2025: We went for dinner on Saturday night and were really impressed by the excellence of this pizzeria. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great professionalism and warmth. A special applause goes to the waiter who served us, whose attention to the customer made our evening even more enjoyable. He was able to advise us with mastery, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the menu and a genuine willingness to satisfy our every need. His impeccable and discreet service helped create a truly special atmosphere. But let's get to the food: a real delight! The pizzas were nothing short of exquisite, the result of careful research and a selection of the highest quality ingredients. Each bite was an explosion of flavors, demonstrating a cuisine that aims for excellence and refinement. You can clearly perceive the care and passion in the choice of raw materials, which elevate the pizza to a higher level. Furthermore, the wine list is excellent, with well-selected labels that pair perfectly with the culinary proposals, further enriching the gastronomic experience. In short, this pizzeria is not just a place to eat an excellent pizza, but a true temple of taste where the high quality of the products marries perfectly with impeccable service and attention to the customer that makes the difference. 22/06/2025: Excellent trattoria with a specialty boiled meat cart but the first courses are no less. Risotto that is eaten at Prgola is unique and you can't help but eat it. Service always prompt and kind. Good wine list. In short, I consider it one of the best trattorias in the province of Verona and this is demonstrated by the fact that to find a place it is always advisable to book.

18/04/2025: We went there on the recommendation of our B&B accommodation and it was definitely worth it. Great price, you can eat there cheaply. The food was very good and the Neapolitan pizza fritta was very tasty. The service is great and everyone is very friendly. :)

24/06/2025: Locale sulla Pontina vicino bivio per Sabaudia. Bar-tabaccheria offre la possibilità di fare uno spuntino con ampia scelta di formaggi, salumi ed antipasti preparati da loro. Prezzi più che accettabili.

06/06/2025: Excellent gastronomy with quality products, such as cured meats, buffalo mozzarella from the Pontine Marshes, wines, and many other gastronomic preparations. There are tables outside where you can eat the products you buy. The prices are high but in line with the quality of the products. It's a shame that there is often too much of a queue, and the closing time at 6 pm on weekends is inconvenient when returning from the beach

18/06/2025: The lovely, kind and helpful waitresses are the reason why we spent several hours sitting at the outside tables. Two male waiters, one on duty and one passing by, rude and impolite even with their own female colleagues.

09/07/2025: ✨ Sensory experience ✨ A refined, well-kept, and intimate place, a place to eat refined, delicious, and special dishes. I found myself in an elegant and unique setting, with wonderful staff and smiling waiters. Everything was delicious, even if that word is a bit limiting... even if the pictures speak for themselves. The special treats (dishes served extra) were much appreciated; we were pampered. We ate and spent the right amount; we'll definitely return. I've also heard about the summer location, which is definitely worth a try...

18/07/2025: I don't usually leave reviews—and I regret not taking photos that would reflect the dishes—but here I felt an exception was warranted. I consider this trattoria the ideal place to enjoy a good meal before the hustle and bustle of life. It's one of those places where absolute silence reigns as soon as the dishes arrive, as you're captivated by the authentic goodness of the carefully assembled ingredients. An excellent introduction to those visiting the Bolognese Apennines for the first time, as well as the perfect stop for a dinner with friends and/or family. The authenticity of tradition and values passed down from generation to generation shines through in the rigorously hand-rolled dough, the portions that remain as generous as ever, and the flavors that are unfortunately found less and less frequently. It's truly difficult to find a dish that's poorly executed or out of place, so offering menu recommendations is difficult and perhaps even wrong; you always end up on your feet. The quality/price ratio, considering the quantity, is truly enviable these days. Honorable mention also goes to the staff: very friendly and, above all, attentive to all diners' needs, without ever being intrusive. There are several vegetarian options, which is not a given, and the desserts are excellent. I'd say it's definitely worth a try :)
