08/08/2025: A tad too expensive for my taste. One appetizer split in two, one main course, half a bottle of house wine, 40 euros. Definitely a tad too much.

15/07/2025: Traditional cuisine and more, a fairly extensive menu, and a diverse wine list spanning from north to south, with a focus on local Umbrian wines. The summer terrace offers a truly beautiful view of Perugia at sunset (imagine during Umbria Jazz). Overall, very satisfied.

10/09/2025: The guys are really very attentive and kind, found by chance on the internet, but a discovery, fresh products, delicious gluten-free bread made by them!

I go there whenever I feel the need to eat unique, delicious food prepared with incredible passion, and I assure you, this is evident in every dish. Absolutely top-quality meat, excellent cured meats, and out-of-this-world desserts! Impeccable and attentive service. Congratulations, keep it up!

21/06/2025: I have been there several times and have always had a good time. Venue: Characteristic with stone and brick and exposed beams, it creates a romantic atmosphere and is great for couples. The exterior is on a charming square in Mentana. Cuisine: The guys offer a menu with seasonal products. Good meats, even aged, they also have a good cellar. The selection of cured meats made with game is special. I also recommend the first courses which are really good. Service: always ready to give you tips, the waiters are good, it is often full so they trot around a lot but remain polite. I really appreciate those who make an effort while remaining patient. I highly recommend it. But book!

22/08/2025: A restaurant in the Sassi of Matera with authentic cuisine. Owners Pietro and Alessandro are masters of service and good food. We had a wonderful meal and return as often as we can. Local products and a spacious restaurant where you can feel at home at any time. Highly recommended.

01/09/2025: This was our second time at La Briga. The osteria is beautifully situated and offers a wonderful atmosphere. The food and service were excellent again! However, there is one small criticism or comment regarding the service. The individual courses—antipasti, primi, and secondi—arrived very quickly, so there was hardly any time to rest between meals. I'm used to it differently in Italy. They could do better next time.

24/08/2025: Highly recommended. The young, enthusiastic, and very friendly staff offer fresh, local food, refined cuisine, and a very natural atmosphere. Excellent vegan/vegetarian options.

12/09/2025: Old-fashioned trattoria. And it was exactly what I expected. Rustic and easy-going, a place where you can eat with friends and family and have a laugh over a delicious plate of pasta. The specialty, needless to say...the bigoli (plus two other short pasta shapes), are homemade. Super-generous portions and a variety of sauces to die for. The pasta quality is excellent, and the sauces are delicious, but with so much choice, it's probably a bit lacking in balance (at least for the two sauces we tried), but overall, excellent value. The staff is friendly and courteous. I'll probably go back.

01/09/2025: We just returned from a week-long stay. We had a wonderful time, the rooms are beautiful and clean, and the service was excellent. They also accept dogs. We had the chance to try practically every dish, and it was all delicious. High quality, reasonable prices. The breakfast cakes were each better than the last. The homemade jams were delicious. 06/09/2025: I looked for a place a bit out of the tourist centre and found this osteria. Friendly people, I felt welcome even though I was on my own (I think is was the only foreigner there 😅). The food was simple but delicious.
