02/09/2025: I tried the bar, and despite the constant reviews, I had a good experience. Honestly, I didn't notice any of the things described in the 1-star reviews. I had a ginseng, and the service was fast and good quality. They probably have some reason to give it a 1-star rating.

05/09/2025: The hotel is in a strategic location, and that's the only positive thing. I booked saying I had a small dog, and they said it was no problem, so I paid the supplement. So far, so good, but when we went to dinner, they told me we had to sit outside the dining room and put us in a dark, open-air corridor. They set the table as best they could, which made me a little upset. Things should be said right away, not later. Not all the reception staff are trained, and the rooms leave much to be desired. Highly not recommended.

22/08/2025: Coming off an already negative experience due to the rudeness of the staff, we returned solely because the pastries were good quality. The waitress's rudeness was confirmed once again: she was annoyed even when taking our order, and she was absent when we paid because she was smoking, but she was quick to call us back to complain that €2 was missing from the receipt. Needless to say, given such despicable behavior, we left her the coins because we felt sorry for her.

01/06/2025: Terrible experience, unfortunately. I had ordered a cake design cake for an important occasion, providing detailed photos and clear instructions. The result? A disappointment. 1. Wrapped cake, with no possibility of checking When I picked it up, the cake was delivered to me already wrapped in simple pastry paper, not even inserted in a normal cake box. An absurd practice: how can you take away a cake without even being able to see it first? Considering how precarious the wrapping was, I would have expected at least that I would be offered help to load it into the car. Instead, it was simply handed to me, without any attention or offer of assistance. At least a small gesture would have made the difference. 2. Nothing corresponded to what was ordered I had provided the exact photos of the cake I wanted, specifying proportions and colors. The result had nothing to do with it: completely disproportionate characters, wrong colors, overlooked details. I had also shown a similar cake made years ago to better understand... useless. 3. “Fake” cake with styrofoam I was offered a cake for 14 people, but when I cut it I discovered with great disappointment that most of the structure was made of styrofoam. In fact, the edible part was for no more than 8 people. I would have preferred more transparent communication from the beginning. Too bad, because I expected something completely different. 4. Writings printed on white office paper The most incredible thing? The writings and symbols requested were simple SHEETS of office paper printed in black and white, STICKED ONTO the cake! Not in sugar, not edible, simple A4 sheets cut out (and even a symbol was glued on backwards). Are you kidding me? It's shameful, something I could have made at home with a printer. I've never asked for something like this, never seen a cake made like this! 5. I paid for an embarrassing result Considering a price that was still high, as it should be for a designer cake, I would have expected a minimum of professionalism. Instead, I was given a cake that I don't even have the words to describe. 6. Terrible communication No willingness to discuss, no explanation, just coldness and zero assumption of responsibility. I had requested a specific designer cake and it was not made as requested. It would have been more honest to immediately communicate the impossibility of satisfying my request, instead of making me travel 4 hours for nothing. Disappointed and bitter. 7. Sincere advice: CLOSE the cake design section. The photos they publish on Facebook show beautiful cakes, but mine was a real disappointment, horrible. Old place, managed by people who are evidently not up to date either technically or in mentality. I will not return and I will not recommend it to anyone. I was shocked. It was a profound disappointment, and honestly... a shame. In conclusion, I am sorry to have to write a negative review, but when you commission a personalized cake — for an important event — you expect professionalism, care and respect for requests. In this case, I received exactly the opposite.

30/11/2025: Found this place by chance. It's a tavern outside the town, but there are no typical Friulian dishes. We had a second course of grilled wings with potatoes and a second course of grilled sausages, which were billed as a second course of grilled fish. €18.00 per dish. I'm attaching the receipt. It seems a bit high for a place without heating, even though Mrs. Maya was very kind. If they want to keep the prices high, the standard of the place must also be adequate.

08/11/2025: My partner and I were passing through Palmanova, and we stopped for dinner at this cute and welcoming place, small but very well kept. We ordered the Concordia appetizer. It was generous, tasty, and all the fish was excellent. The staff was very friendly. I would gladly return. I recommend it for both groups and a romantic dinner.

29/11/2025: The staff were very rude and impolite, even though there weren't many people, you couldn't even imagine there being more people to manage. Unfortunately, there isn't another bar in the station, but it would be appropriate because it's the second time I've been treated like this. Even though the food is quite good, if it's served badly, everything changes.

02/10/2025: 4-star food because, for someone like me, I really appreciate the dough and ingredients. They've improved so much in a short time. Leave the negative reviews alone because that's old news. Now they're new and improved. Perfectly cooked, not burnt or raw. Very good ingredients. I'd make it a little bigger because I personally devour it and want a second one. 5-star service because they're perfect on time for home delivery and arrive in perfect condition. I can't judge the atmosphere because I haven't been in person. Well done, keep it up and get even better 💪🏻❣️

02/10/2025: Terrible pizzas, better to go to the supermarket and get the frozen ones, at least the dough seems safer, to the point that it made me nervous and I didn't eat it, the dough seemed raw, with a strong yeast taste, I really can't explain what could have gone wrong

28/08/2025: I ordered a falafel kebap for take away. No offense, but this dudes have to learn how to make a kebap. You have to search the veggies with a microscope and there was no sauce whatsoever to find in. No kidding! I just told him "with everything but no spice"... that's not a kebap worth 7 €!!

03/11/2025: October 31, Halloween, 9:00 PM. There are four of us. We ask where we can sit and they tell us "wherever you want." We go up and sit at a table where the music allows us to talk. We order, and the girl tells us, "Given the evening with music and blah blah blah, we have to close the table immediately." I, who come from the countryside and am of a certain age, look for the device to close the table, but I can't find it. Closing the table means paying... Meanwhile, a group who has booked a table arrives. This table is adjacent to ours. The gentleman accompanying them, in a rather rude manner, tells us, "There are 100 free tables, you should move so you don't get in the way." The gentleman has four beers in his hand that he leaves at the table of the group that just arrived. The beers are ours; we only find out after the guys at the table come to bring them to us. Back to the reason we were there: the Weiss beer is finished, the red one "I have to ask," the cold hamburger (€13.80 without (part) The pork shank is as good as ever, with two side dishes for only €14.80. I expect it to close soon.

21/10/2025: Review title: "What happened to you?" I used to frequent this place years ago and returned with a Roman friend with high expectations. So what happened? Poor service (our dishes were brought 15 minutes apart); the goulash was drowned in oil, and the bireschnitzel tasted ONLY of butter—the breading was inedible; the flat drinks were served in glasses (are cans and bottles too expensive?) and I noticed that 0.5L beers no longer exist and the prices have skyrocketed. The atmosphere has become neglected compared to the past. This explains the low attendance (the Udinese game was on Monday, and the place was practically empty). Ahhh, what a great place it was in the early 2000s!

02/04/2025: This lodge is a true gem for those seeking a day dedicated to good food and nature. Arriving on a beautiful sunny day, we were immediately won over by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cuisine was the true star of our experience. Each dish showcased local tradition with a touch of refinement, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the attention to detail was evident in every course. To top it all off, the service was impeccable: the smiling and professional waiters skillfully managed the entire place. Sitting in the sun with a glass of wine in hand, surrounded by the mountains, we realized that this place is truly worth a visit. An experience we will repeat soon, perhaps after a long ski trip to earn all that goodness.
