Poor online order handling (order arrived over an hour late), rudeness from the person who answered the phone when I contacted them to find out where my order was (she practically hung up on me). Prices are way too high, the worst vegan sushi I've ever had; the rest of the food wasn't bad, but it was good and definitely not. Poor and repetitive vegan option.

Rude and arrogant staff. After ordering (steak and baby squid), the food was served cold. After a polite complaint and a request that our food be served hot, especially the steak and grilled dishes, the head chef came to the table and completely lost it, raging and shouting. There was no apology, nothing! We will never come back! I have never experienced such aggression and behavior before!

16/01/2026: A historic restaurant in Lignano, a true gem. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, both indoors and out, perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner. Traditional, carefully prepared cuisine, with seafood dishes and pizzas prepared with quality ingredients and authentic flavors. Generous portions and beautifully presented. The friendly, professional, and always helpful staff make you feel right at home. Excellent value. I always love returning and recommend it without hesitation.

30/11/2025: Found this place by chance. It's a tavern outside the town, but there are no typical Friulian dishes. We had a second course of grilled wings with potatoes and a second course of grilled sausages, which were billed as a second course of grilled fish. €18.00 per dish. I'm attaching the receipt. It seems a bit high for a place without heating, even though Mrs. Maya was very kind. If they want to keep the prices high, the standard of the place must also be adequate.
08/11/2025: My partner and I were passing through Palmanova, and we stopped for dinner at this cute and welcoming place, small but very well kept.
We ordered the Concordia appetizer. It was generous, tasty, and all the fish was excellent. The staff was very friendly. I would gladly return.
I recommend it for both groups and a romantic dinner.

09/03/2026: Beautiful setting and panoramic views, cheap, cheap toast, and very expensive sandwiches. Everything is possible in the mountains, but the bathroom doors haven't closed for years, and the lack of cleanliness in the restrooms, make even one star seem excessive. The bathrooms are a place's trademark. Assign someone to clean them more often and fix the doors!
01/01/2026: Not much to say... change your job, terrible food, shameful bathrooms, 3 euros for a cup of water, a tea bag, no lemon or water aside, try other activities, this is really not for you.

05/09/2025: The hotel is in a strategic location, and that's the only positive thing. I booked saying I had a small dog, and they said it was no problem, so I paid the supplement. So far, so good, but when we went to dinner, they told me we had to sit outside the dining room and put us in a dark, open-air corridor. They set the table as best they could, which made me a little upset. Things should be said right away, not later. Not all the reception staff are trained, and the rooms leave much to be desired. Highly not recommended.

02/10/2025: 4-star food because, for someone like me, I really appreciate the dough and ingredients. They've improved so much in a short time. Leave the negative reviews alone because that's old news. Now they're new and improved. Perfectly cooked, not burnt or raw. Very good ingredients. I'd make it a little bigger because I personally devour it and want a second one. 5-star service because they're perfect on time for home delivery and arrive in perfect condition. I can't judge the atmosphere because I haven't been in person. Well done, keep it up and get even better 💪🏻❣️
02/10/2025: Terrible pizzas, better to go to the supermarket and get the frozen ones, at least the dough seems safer, to the point that it made me nervous and I didn't eat it, the dough seemed raw, with a strong yeast taste, I really can't explain what could have gone wrong
