A very kind woman who makes delicious coffee. The place is small, very cute, and clean. They also have soy milk, and the coffee is really well made. The owner's energy and her kindness make you want to come back, always with a smile on your face.

26/11/2025: Jazzin is truly one of the best gelato shops in Trieste (and beyond)! There are many flavors to choose from, from classic to more creative. The staff is always very friendly, and a special mention goes to the portions... they're gigantic! Excellent value! Les Rive/pier, with its benches, is less than a 5-minute walk away, making it perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy a delicious gelato with a sea view. Highly recommended!
25/10/2025: Unfortunately, they no longer make 'natural, sugar-free yogurt'. 🙁 It used to be the best in town. Now, however, they only make Greek yogurt with sesame seeds. What does sesame have to do with ice cream? The Greeks put it on bread, but in yogurt, they put honey and nuts.

Trattoria al Collio

12/07/2026: A seafood restaurant serving traditional dishes. We dined there and will definitely return: everything was delicious, but the tagliolini alla Busara were truly memorable! The homemade desserts were also fabulous. The prices are in line with downtown restaurants, and the portions are generous. The location is spectacular, in a pedestrian area right in front of Palazzo Revoltella and just steps from the sea. Reservations are highly recommended. I also recommend scheduling dinner no later than 8:30, as it's located between two venues that blast disco music late at night.
11/07/2026: Amazing!!! The best scallops au gratin I've ever eaten, and the gnocchi with truffle and shrimp were truly delicious. The owner was very kind and super helpful. When I come to Trieste, I always stop here!
