Buffet Valentin In Trieste

We celebrated a birthday with friends at this historic osteria in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are regulars, fond of Silvia, the owner, who served us with warm hospitality, kindness, and courtesy. The dishes were excellent, starting with the "sardoni impanài" and the spaghetti with clams, expertly prepared, and finishing with the Chantilly cake, expertly prepared by a pastry chef. We highly recommend it!

Single room, small place, but I felt like I was at my grandmother's or aunt's, delicious food and very friendly host

We came across this place after visiting a nearby museum on a holiday when a lot of things were closed. The owner was very accommodating and friendly and got us a table ready as soon as it was possible for her. The food was great and the people were too. We met some of the regulars who shared some treats with us and treated us with special hospitality. Check this place out and support a true local gem.
