We stopped by on Sunday for lunch, having made a reservation. The road to get there is very narrow, and parking is difficult to find. The restaurant has remained unchanged since our last visit. The service is very good, with knowledgeable staff who can offer advice. The quality of the fish is excellent, but in my humble opinion, it's a bit pricey. You can expect to spend between €50 and €80. But it's in proportion to what you get.

A simply unforgettable experience at Tre Magnoni in Trieste (last night, January 28, 2026). The three of us—my husband, me, and our daughter—went for dinner to celebrate her birthday, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We began with amazing crudité appetizers, incredibly fresh and meticulously prepared: for us, the most surprising and memorable moment of the dinner. Next came turbot, an elegant and beautifully executed dish that confirms the exceptional quality of the cuisine. Every element was perfect: excellent oil, expertly selected wine, superb bread. You could feel the love for cooking and respect for the ingredients in every bite. The impeccable service—attentive, kind, and never intrusive—made the evening even more special. Special praise to the chef, the true protagonist of a high-quality gastronomic experience. A dinner that will remain in our memories, on an important day for our family. We will definitely be back. Congratulations to the entire staff!
