When we discovered a few hours later that we'd forgotten one of our pastries and drove back, the owner was already waiting for us, laughing and carrying all our valuables. 20/07/2025: Cameriere gentile e simpatico. Frico super!! Salame con cipolla top!!! Affettati deliziosi,super salame e prosciutto crudo, idem formaggi! E prosciutto cotto alla piastra e cren esplosivo!! Top lasagna zucchine e gorgonzola.
Per finire gubana, semifreddo al torroncino e tartufo deliziosi!!! Caffè per finire ottimo!!!

10/08/2025: I've been frequenting Il Chiosco for at least ten years, and I must say that the excellent quality/price ratio has never wavered. The restaurant is informal, spacious, and features a charming, furnished garden that invites you to linger. Traditional cuisine with generous portions and a wide selection of sandwiches. Try the sliced turkey with arugula and parmesan. Service is fast, but not always impeccable, especially at peak times. Highly recommended.

18/08/2025: Very nice location, renovated in style with great taste. On the ground floor a simpler environment, but always in good taste, on the two upper floors a refined and welcoming environment. Excellent dishes, kindness and good value for money. Recommended.

16/06/2025: The hostel has been renovated in a very stylish and inviting way. The rooms are very nice and the food is fantastic, served in the shady courtyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during our bike tour along the Tagliamento River and would return anytime.

29/07/2025: We had a mixed fry platter and fried calamari. Food was absolutely good and tasted fresh. Service was fast and on point. We had a lunch there while just visiting Trieste for 5 hours.
I would reccomend the place for having lunch or dinner there.
