There is also a playground for the children. The outdoor area is also well equipped with sun protection. Can only recommend Al Canedo. Top restaurant 👍

02/09/2024: Excellent food, more than good service (a bit of confusion at the beginning, as soon as we arrived, but then they were competent and very friendly, accommodating our every request). The environment was also excellent, it was a pity that we found the windows open which "kept" the temperature a little high and allowed some mosquitoes to do their "work". Overall satisfied, I will return again and will continue to recommend it to friends and colleagues.

27/08/2024: Discovering that there is a fish restaurant of excellent quality and a very honest price near your home was a really nice surprise! Especially because you don't expect there to be fish restaurants in our foothills. Very welcoming and attentive staff. Fish cooked very well. I will definitely return and recommend it.

14/08/2024: I had heard about this pastry shop, a must try, well deserved 5 stars, excellent products, a huge choice. Products also for vegans, lactose intolerant, gluten-free. Qualified and kind staff.

13/08/2024: If there were another 5 stars I would give them all! For me it is the best pastry shop in Friuli, the thing I love most about Friuli is this place! Crazy quality, excellent service, fast, I love it! And also top prices, for all those who complain about prices: there are places with much higher prices and poor quality, so be careful! For me nothing to say, they have never disappointed me, I take cakes, savory dishes, breakfasts, pancakes, panettone and they have never disappointed me. An excellent place!

22/08/2024: Beautiful environment, space craft beers. Really delicious menu. I took the fish burger with the breaded cutlet, but unfortunately the cutlet was a little tough to chew. The beef sandwich on the other hand looked really good and succulent. Next time I'll opt for that.

27/07/2024: We had lunch a few days ago in this restaurant on the external veranda, very welcoming and the staff ready and professional; the two starters were very good, unfortunately the other two dishes were not at the same level. The cut was a little stringy and not very tasty (but it's understandable if people want lean meat...). Disappointment comes with the first "Scogliera in bianco", a portion a little too generous, the condiment consisted of shelled mussels and clams (a few shells for the choreography would not have been a bad thing) and some prawns (they gave the sensation of having been drained from one of the classic vases in brine). No hint of a real reef and a fair amount of oil had to be added to be able to eat it. Not a total failure, but a narrow pass.

05/08/2024: Being able to give 4.5 stars would be the ideal review, but even comparing it with other places 5 stars would be too much. It remains an excellent place to eat in the center of Lignano, in a side street just outside the pedestrian area. Very good food and adequate service, even if we tried only a few dishes. What was a little out of place, even considering the type of place that presents itself as a wine shop, was the medium-high cost and above all the 3.5 euro cover charge, decidedly above average.

16/06/2024: I was a guest at the only restaurant recommended by a friend. Truly excellent traditional food cooked with care and love. The flavors of the past are rediscovered in a spectacular natural setting both for the beauty of the landscape and for the friendliness and courtesy of the service. On the terrace, spending time admiring the view and enjoying the dishes is truly very pleasant. Not only do I recommend it but I recommend it for anyone who wants to spend a romantic and carefree evening.

26/08/2024: Phenomenal service, excellent food, and a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The staff is both knowledgeable about the dishes and generous with their time, and the owner is pleasant and accommodating. The food was marvelous - tasty, interesting, and carefully prepared. Our time there was lovely and we will surely return if we come back this way.

25/08/2024: Locale molto intimo e ben curato a noi consigliato da una “triestina DOC”. Lo staff sa metterti a tuo agio e le pietanze sono ben studiate e curate. Non mancano esaustive spiegazioni degli abbinamenti proposti. Ottimi sia il piatto dei crudi che il dolce. Pane artigianale e servito tostato sulla brace degno di nota. Cantina dei vini ben fornita e con molte eccellenze locali. Sicuramente da provare se si ama il pesce.

05/08/2024: After a long day at work, we opted for this little restaurant. Welcomed by the helpful and smiling staff, they made us sit at the table. You are immediately enveloped by the tantalizing smells coming from the tables next to you. Red peppered mussels, mixed appetizer, first course "of the day/off the menu", mixed fried fish and squid, mixed grilled fish and an excellent sparkling house white wine, at a truly honest price, really refreshed our body and mind. Compliments to the expert hands in the kitchen, and to all the staff, who made us feel at home. No more than 5 stars can be given to all of this, but it deserves a firmament! Until next time!
