17/02/2025: Raramente mi è capitato di avere la fortuna di varcare la soglia di un locale in cui dal primo impatto si respira un’aria diversa dal solito , in cui si percepisce un’atmosfera che da’ l’immediata sensazione d’essere in un posto fuori dal comune . Ho visitato tanti ristoranti da quelli stellati a quelli più semplici e caratteristici.. sia in Italia che all'estero ma in pochissimi casi ho provato i sapori e le sensazioni che ha saputo regalarmi il “San Michele”. Fin dal momento in cui si percorre la leggera salita che conduce a questo locale si viene avvolti da pace e serenità che derivano dall'atmosfera cozy chic che fa da cornice al meraviglioso panorama ... Ma il meglio deve ancora venire perché .. una volta all’interno si viene trasportati in una dimensione quasi fiabesca in un ambiente che sa di storia ed eleganza rilassante .. Le sale su due piani sono meravigliose..noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di pranzare in quella superiore in cui troneggia un monumentale camino medievale rigorosamente acceso e funzionante.. un soffitto travato al centro del quale c’è uno splendido lampadario in ferro battuto mentre dei suggestivi finestroni a volta illuminano la sala .. Tutto l’ambiente è estremamente equilibrato e ben disposto.. dando l’idea di esser si’ in una dimora storica ma senza la sensazione di pesantezza e oppressione che talvolta può dare un posto del genere .. anzi qui è totalmente diverso ,ci si sente avvolti da una sensazione cozy chic in una raffinatezza quasi sussurrata.. lontana dagli stereotipati canoni estetici di molti locali di oggi in cui spesso lo stile e la volontà di opulenza vorrebbero impressionare il cliente ma in realtà sono solo un “pugno nell’occhio “per usare un eufemismo. Una volta al tavolo si fa subito notare un servizio attento , puntuale e preciso ,mai invadente ma senza esser impettito e freddo .. al contrario i ragazzi della brigata in sala , tutti giovani , hanno la capacità di metter gli ospiti del locale immediatamente a loro agio in maniera cordiale e simpatica , senza comunque discostarsi da una impeccabile professionalità. Il menù già dal primo impatto fa intravedere che in cucina c’è della stoffa , i piatti già in linea teorica sembrano ottimamente strutturati e calibrati per accostamenti ed equilibrio di sapori ed ingredienti. Ma al momento in cui i piatti ordinati arrivano al tavolo si percepisce immediatamente che la realtà ,se possibile, supera anche la aspettative. L’impiattamento ha uno stile giovane , fresco ed elegante come i canoni della moderna alta ristorazione impongono .. e all’assaggio ogni pietanza ha un equilibrio ed un sapore che fa capire senza ombra di dubbio che in cucina c’è una brigata sa il fatto suo .. ma soprattutto si percepisce amore nel proprio lavoro ed attenzione maniacale nel voler regalare ai propri ospiti una vera e propria esperienza ..un viaggio sensoriale nel mondo dello chef .. del suo stile e modo di intendere un certo tipo di cucina in cui la materia prima di livello eccellente la fa da padrona e in cui si nota ampiamente che c’è un background fatto di esperienze di altissimo livello ..a cui si accompagna una tecnica consona solo ad uno stellato , senza se e senza ma .. arrivano così in sala dei veri e propri capolavori in cui c’è equilibrio e bilanciamento..e dove gli accostamenti , mai banali , pur essendo anche innovativi , non peccano mai in una pretenziosità fine a se stessa , ma restano sempre al servizio e rispetto dell’ ingrediente principale esaltandolo in maniera rigorosa e attenta attraverso una tecnica di livello assoluto in modo teorico ancor prima che pratico . Comunque si scelga , al netto dei gusti personale, è estremamente difficile sbagliare o restare delusi . Unico appunto per quanto concerne i dolci..ottimi e meravigliosamente impattati in maniera armoniosa ma forse ancora un mezzo gradino sotto rispetto al livello del resto che viene servito . Lista dei vini assolutamente monumentale , non riesco a trovare aggettivi differenti, per struttura e profondità ..composta da etichette di conclamato valore e pregio, insieme a delle vere e proprie chicche da intenditore .. comunque siamo nell’ambito di un livello di valore altissimo. Conto assolutamente proporzionato rispetto all’offerta proposta. In conclusione ritengono che una visita al ristorante “San Michele “ sia assolutamente imperdibile non solo se ci si trova in questa bellissima zona del Friuli ..ma credo che la brigata di questo meraviglioso locale si assolutamente già pronta per ricevere una meritata gratificazione per la qualità del loro lavoro.. e con l’arrivo dell’auspicata stella diventerà certamente una vera e propria meta gourmet.

10/02/2025: Un posto dove mangiare una buona cucina tipica dai sapori genuini in un ambiente accogliente. Il menù con specialità carniche ben preparate assieme a cordialità e simpatia da parte del titolare fanno si che l'esperienza sia assolutamente positiva. Particolare la saletta interna, una vera e propria grotta.

11/01/2025: Ottimi piatti, ci è piaciuto tutto! Il titolare è stato molto gentile dalla chiamata per la prenotazione al pagamento! Se volete pranzare o cenare nella grotta è meglio chiamare con largo anticipo in quanto ci sono solo 3 tavoli e spesso sono occupati! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

19/03/2025: Beautiful pizzeria bar and restaurant with the possibility of renting rooms to stay, equipped with a large wheelchair-accessible car park as well as the entrance to the restaurant which is located on the ground floor, it is clean and the staff is very kind, helpful, accommodating and cheerful, the food is good and genuine and the prices are within anyone's reach.. I have been frequenting this place for some time and have always enjoyed it, what more can I tell you, I recommend it both for a breakfast but also for a quick snack, for a lunch or dinner and upon reservation it is also possible to organize group dinners or parties, there is also a home delivery service, in short as I always say when I like a place: YOU MUST TRY IT TO BELIEVE!! 14/03/2025: Excellent food, from the kitchen to the pizzeria. Informal and family environment, friendly and attentive staff. The best wood-fired pizza in Cordenons and perhaps also in Pordenone. Very honest prices! Advised !

Don't be fooled by the plastic tables and the simple environment, because inside you will find two owners who will make you feel at home and will pay particular attention to children. It is advisable to book because they have few seats. Very good express cuisine. Yota very good 😋. There is a small bathroom with a Turkish toilet

09/03/2025: A wonderful place 😍 We had a delicious dinner today, it's been a long time since I ate everything on the plate like I did today. Thank you for this delight for our palate. Both the pasta and the ravioli are finger-licking good. If we are ever in Trieste, we will definitely visit here again. By the way, we would like to say hello to the nice owners - a wonderful and smiling couple who add such a warm atmosphere here that you feel better at home. 🤩

17/03/2025: By pure chance, two years ago, we discovered this fish restaurant. We ate excellently. Today, two years later, we returned to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday. Nothing has changed. We ate super super well. The scampi risotto was very delicate and tasty, the spaghetti with clams something great. Excellent fried calamari and excellent sea bream fillets. Excellent value for money. In 3 90 euros. Fast and attentive service. The hostess super friendly. We will be back very soon😍

15/12/2024: Very quaint and beautiful place. a couple of local friends brought us, here you can eat fresh fish raised by them. All really delicious in a very characteristic place. Excellent price quality.

06/11/2024: Posto molto caratteristico e bello. ci hanno portato una coppia di amici e ci hanno portato a mangiare la migliore trota mai mangiata. Abbiamo preso un promo diviso di una pasta ripiena di trota con una salsa di cavolo viola ed un trota alla griglia come secondo d come dolce la gubana. Il tutto era davvero buonissimo e fresco, visto che allevano proprio loro le trote più fresco di questo non si può. Il prezzo ottimo per la qualità del prodotto e del servizio. Ottimo tutto

09/02/2025: Passing through Venzone I stopped here for lunch. Since I am a foreigner, the waitress was very kind in explaining the typical dishes to me with a very friendly smile. The frico with polenta was very good as was the tiramisu. Good and nice. 😃

We had a party for a wedding, the food was of excellent quality, superlative service, the locations between the aperitif restaurant room and the cutting of the cake were really well-kept and of excellent taste. 14/03/2025: full place, impossible to talk to your neighbor at the table with the strong reverberation, present in the room, very nice place, good crepes, large and hard inedible potato gnocchi and the bitter rocket overpowered every flavour. And even braised meat was not good. After a company dinner for 60 people, two bitters and two grappas, instead of charging us, they could have offered it to us. I won't go back.
