Wow and again wow. A surprise of flavors. Simply precise and delicious at a very high level. I didn't have to add anything to the dishes that were served. Very professional service.

Today we went to Trattoria Alla Borsa in Grado, and I have to say it was a truly wonderful experience. The place is very welcoming, making you feel immediately at ease. Even though it was packed (and you can see why), we decided to wait because my mom really wanted us to… and we were more than happy to! The waiter was super friendly, sweet, and always attentive—it's truly rare to find people like that. The host was also very professional and kind; you can really see their passion for what they do. The food? Everything was excellent. You can clearly taste the fresh, high-quality fish; every dish was carefully prepared and delicious. There's really nothing to complain about, really. A place where you eat well and feel good. We'll definitely be back!

I had lunch at this restaurant with a colleague and we were very satisfied. We had a lovely, very tasty house appetizer with generous, flavorful dishes, and then we continued with two different first courses. A very good, high-quality seafood lasagna with fresh fish was just missing a pinch of salt, but it was delicious. My colleague had another very good first course, also seafood. The dessert was also delicious. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
