12/07/2025: Trattoria on Via Nazionale, a few kilometers from Ampezzo on Cima Corso. Ample parking, new building surrounded by greenery. Rustic decor, traditional cuisine with many game specialties. Fast service. Helpful staff.

28/09/2025: Excellent experience! We stumbled upon it "by chance" on a Sunday lunchtime after we'd decided to go to the beach from Udine. We called 20 minutes early and were very helpful; the owner (I think) responded with "cumbinin" 😊 When we arrived, they were super cheerful and quick to set us a table on the garden veranda, even on a busy day for them. Fresh, local food: two excellent appetizers and an equally good first and second course. Honorable mention for the cabbage on the side; I could have eaten 20 more dishes of it. The service, the location, and the lunch crowned this sunny Sunday at the end of September. We'll definitely be back!

18/09/2025: Aperitif with friends, my first time at Il Vagabondo. Stunning location, a rustic setting with meticulous attention to detail, and a peaceful and beautifully maintained garden. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in recommending wines to complement each type of crostini. These crostini were special, both in terms of the bread and the quality of the ingredients used—perfect pairings! I'll definitely be back; it's absolutely worth it.

16/09/2025: We ended our honeymoon with a 2-night stay at Palazzo del Corso. Our Prestige "Corallo" room was really good, with sophisticated decor and everything we needed. Notable was the quality of our breakfast, as well as the very corteous service. The rooftop dining and bar are perfect for a drink in a tranquil and serene setting. The pool area is small but who cares? Tbe beaches near Gallipoli are stunning so we never used the pool. The location is also great. A stone throw from the buzz of the historic centre, but quiet enough to have a restful sleep in our king size comfy bed! We loved it!

05/07/2025: I would like to point out the saffron ingredient for pizza which is not easy to find☝️ The environment seems banal at first glance but tables and chairs are of excellent workmanship, as an appetizer they served us excellent "bag style" chips so thinly cut but made here. Recommended place.

30/09/2025: Very comfortable and spacious atmosphere. Spectacular and delicious food, with the ingredients clearly being high-quality and fresh. Excellent appetizers, beautiful and carefully crafted dishes. I especially recommend the fish dishes... Impeccable and fast service, the staff is very attentive and friendly. I'd give it a 6th star ⭐️ for the welcoming and smiling waiters, and a 7th for the refined dishes. 😉 Highly recommended!!

12/10/2025: We arrived without a reservation. We asked for a table for two and were initially told it was full and there was no room. They told us we'd have a long wait...in the meantime, we had an aperitif, and within two minutes, a table was ready for us. Five stars aren't enough. Beautiful location, extremely kind staff, and excellent food. I'll definitely book next time.

04/10/2025: Honestly, the food seemed tasteless, very dry and disjointed, as did the sandwiches made with a type of bread unsuitable for frico, the polenta crostini weren't exceptional, and finally the frico dish was small in quantity. The prices were normal, but in line with what was stated. The service could be greatly improved. Perhaps a place better suited to an aperitif than a meal. Nothing extraordinary.
