20/11/2025: The atmosphere is very lively and eclectic. The opening hours say the wine shop is open, yet at 10:45, after a cold greeting, the lady saw us seated and asked what we wanted, and that they only offer bar service after 5:00 PM. I think this information should be conveyed differently and with more warmth. Besides, who's to say we didn't want to consume something that would have earned her a good deal and, perhaps, later make a purchase?

17/11/2025: When contacted on Instagram for information about one of their events, they didn't even bother to reply, they were truly gentlemen.

19/02/2026: The only bar in Reggio that makes you pay in advance for a simple breakfast. The waiter is kind and friendly, but as for the owner, let's draw a veil over her... never again.

31/12/2025: The desserts are good, but I find it absurd to wait 30 minutes to serve four people; they're incredibly slow. To get breakfast at the bar, you always have to take a number, so someone would have to wait over half an hour for breakfast even if the bar was completely empty. I won't be back.

10/11/2025: My partner and I always get takeout sushi. I find the quantity and quality excellent, and the price is also very reasonable. The owner is very kind and helpful, and the chef prepares quickly. It's worth going directly to the restaurant to pick up the food, whether it's sushi, hot dishes, or poké (they're packed!). The place is a simple bar where you can watch sports with friends.

06/10/2025: Friendly, welcoming, and smiling staff. I recommend this place for a bar or for Chinese/sushi/poke takeout. Average prices; they even offer discounts. I recommend trying it!

05/05/2026: The entrance selection logic is simple: are you a woman? You get in right away. Are you a man? If you're with your girlfriend, she'll come in first, and then, after a while, you'll get in too (unless you're suddenly too young, or strangely enough, that night you had to put yourself on the list or get a table, while you'll see guys who arrived after you, even younger ones, enter, but they know the owners, so there's always plenty of room for them). If you're a man and you're not bringing girls and you're not on the list/you're not Italian/you're not dressed in designer clothes, my friendly advice: look elsewhere ;) At that moment, a competition begins among the bouncers to see who can find the best excuse not to let you in. It makes you laugh, but also makes you think.

24/09/2025: The food is quite good but the dish is small in quantity.

07/07/2025: Workers' canteen. Price ok. Food normal with dishes still well made. Cleanliness ok. Non-existent environment because, being a workers' canteen, the furniture is sparse and essential only for the time of consuming the meal.

25/09/2025: One of the worst cafeterias I've ever seen. Rude and unprofessional staff, non-existent hygiene, meager portions, raw or overcooked food, and I could go on and on... The last time I was there, I even witnessed a man find an insect on his plate, and the cook, instead of humbly apologizing, actually insinuated that it wasn't an insect and that even if it was, "it can happen!" Where can it happen? Only in your country! A thorough inspection by the local health authority is needed, indeed.

03/02/2026: We arrived at 12:15, the place was closed. While it said closing time was 2:00 AM.

11/06/2026: It's a shame because it would be a truly lovely place with a beautiful setting, but after my birthday celebrations tonight, I definitely won't be going for a drink again. I believe courtesy comes first, and that's not what I found here. Specifically: a friend stopped by to say hello quickly, without eating anything. Immediately asked for something, she was forced to eat after a few minutes, even though she'd said she was leaving (a total of 10 minutes). They won't see us again. I don't think anything else needs to be said.

05/06/2026: Embarrassing welcome, 3 of us consume but you always pay for 4, obligation to consume, .. all this is embarrassing, at least you are informed if you decide to go there

04/05/2026: Avoid Rude staff Poor cleanliness

19/04/2026: Today, April 19, 2026, I went in to get a coffee, very rude and impolite staff, I don't understand how they can work like that, I asked a question to the very rude cashier, she sent me to consume at the counter which among other things was full of dirty cups and at the table equally dirty..... less than zero

07/04/2026: What can I say? I can't answer the suggested questions because we didn't even manage to eat a single platter! After sitting at a table and ordering right away, we were served a 1/2 cup of red wine and a bottle of water, and then... nothing... we asked only to be told that we'd have the platters we ordered soon... but... listen, listen... after a full hour of waiting, the waiter came over and told us that the platters were out!!! What? You make us order and then just leave us alone like that? We decided to politely leave, wanting to pay for the (unfinished) wine and water anyway. We went in and at the counter (overflowing with coffee cups that needed washing!) the owner told us that we weren't owed anything for the mix-up. Oh, I forgot... before leaving us, the waiter and the owner went to nearby places to ask if they had any cold cuts because they'd run out (we found out later). It was a terrible experience, and we've also received complaints from other patrons of the venue! You'll never see us again, that's for sure!

18/03/2026: This afternoon I went to Esselunga with my husband, we decided to stop at the bar for a coffee, there was a him and a her behind the counter, as soon as we arrived there was only one lady who was already serving while I passed 10 meters, he continues to clean ignoring us, once the lady who had already noticed us without telling us what she could serve us finished, she turns and starts cleaning, since half an hour had passed I told my husband to go, she didn't care at all, not even to apologize, very rude, it turns out that he is also the department manager, what elements should really be fired, also because it is not the first time and he is always with the cell phone in his hand.

26/05/2026: Terrible service, frozen pizza, as were the waiters. Unacceptable!!!!

24/05/2026: We arrived with very rude staff, and with some products not available, they only had the pinsa and only at the end of the meal we were told that they had to add them because the pinsa was more expensive, I underline rude and very hasty staff and you can not do split payment, very touristy place

17/02/2026: It's very bad. I had diarrhea after eating. I asked them for wasabi and ginger. I asked two or three times. The service was too low and terrible.

16/08/2025: They're very kind, but it's a shame the pizza isn't edible... I really couldn't eat it! In the meantime, I order a Napoli and a double mozzarella and she brings me two Margheritas (she doesn't get the price wrong, though) oh well... rubber, best used for bike tires at most.
