03/10/2025: A shameful sushi restaurant, to say the least. I went there today: endless waits just to collect your ticket with the codes for what you want, after which there's a maximum of 5 courses per order, and they don't even bring them all. I placed two orders of 5 (in the hour and a half I've been here, which is already shameful that it takes two hours to place two orders) and they didn't serve me one dish for each order. The problem is obvious: there are three waiters, managing a huge room, and inevitably something gets missed. I wanted to place a third order of three dishes, one of which was also a dessert (so after being treated this way, I would have also paid the extra 5 euros for the dessert), but, obviously, they never took my ticket back, so I got up, went to pay, and left. If I can give you some brotherly advice, avoid it: the food isn't great (because you have to wait ages just to place your order), the quality isn't that good, and you'll leave feeling more intoxicated than anything else (in spirit). P.S. The poor waiters who work there aren't to blame; they trot like mules; the problem lies with the management, which forces them to manage 100-150 people between the three of them.

10/12/2025: I called this evening to order two takeout pizzas using the coupon I received at home (from their ad), which I specified right at the beginning of the call. Upon delivery, however, I was told there had been a misunderstanding and that I couldn't use the coupon, even though I had it on hand. When I called back, the lady on the phone didn't even apologize for the "misunderstanding," but simply told me to use the coupon another time. The reason I decided to buy pizzas from them through their ad was largely influenced by using the coupon, and clearly, if I had liked the pizza, I wouldn't have hesitated to order it again, even without the coupon. This ad was nothing more than a scam, plain and simple, in which the lady on the phone was undoubtedly complicit. HOW NOT TO ADVERTISE YOURSELF.

I mentioned this immediately at the start of the call, and upon delivery, they told me we didn't understand each other. What wasn't clear about "I received the flyer with the coupon at home"? Once I called back, the owner didn't even apologize for pretending to misunderstand and told me to use the coupon another time. But there will never be another time. Bad publicity.

02/03/2026: Too bad...we've known this restaurant for years. The menu is still the same, but it's not as good as it used to be. Cured meats, NO COMMENT, very thick tortelli. The only good thing is the semifreddo...which they don't make...sorry!

03/01/2026: A quaint, timeless trattoria in the Parma Apennines, just a few kilometers from the famous Bardi Castle. A colorful and original atmosphere, authentic and delicious food (we had a fantastic torta fritta accompanied by a platter of local cured meats, homemade herb ravioli, and delicious loin and fried porcini mushrooms). Excellent value for money. Paola and Carmela welcomed us with love and kindness, making us feel at home right away. Thank you so much, we'll be back soon 🫶🏻 Susy and Dani

22/11/2025: If you sprinkle a lot of Parmesan cheese on the fried polenta, you must mention it on the menu. Requested a new portion of polenta without Parmesan (new...not additional)...an hour's wait to receive it.

29/07/2025: And it's the second time I've been there and I can only say that among the self-service restaurants it's the worst. Poor menu on the first courses and almost always beef ragù. It always opens late and they are not prepared. Terrible experience.

07/04/2026: Coming here for pizza feels like home. The owner is always welcoming, and the pizza is always delicious. The quiet atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and eating in peace.

07/02/2026: We used to go there for pizza after the disco 20 years ago. Same staff. The lady at the cashier is always great, very friendly, elegant, and refined. Truly a unique character. The late-night pizza is always excellent. Freshly baked from the coals. I recommend it.

19/04/2026: It would also be a nice setting, but the waitress, despite being nice, annoyed by our presence, treated us like dirt. By 8:30 pm they had already run out of pretzels and chips, with the excuse that it wasn't her fault everyone had decided to go out for the Vini e Vinili party. The evening was characterized by biblical wait times. It's hard to believe that in 2026 you can't indulge in an aperitif (frozen erbazzone, or mini pizzas or focaccia). But in fact, the fact that 11 of us, during the largest party in Reggio, immediately found seats should have raised suspicions.

14/11/2025: Beautiful bar and wonderful staff, I think family-like. I had two pastries, one better than the other. The place is very clean and well-presented, very welcoming, it feels like home, even though I'm just passing through. Kindness and friendliness are paramount. Well done, it's a shame there are few places as good and welcoming as them. If I ever pass through here again, it will definitely be my go-to bar. Oh! I forgot! Also, the fact that they keep some pastries aside for regulars is a truly appreciated gesture. ❣️🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝

26/12/2025: The food at the restaurant is really delicious and the atmosphere is charming, but the meat isn't quite as good, although the chicken is very good. Give it a try!
